You will find them on the Ultadanga bridge, either towards the station sides. They are generally hws who come from suburbs during the morning hours and return towards the evneing. So best time to catch them would be ard 10.30 to 12 in morning.

No need to book beforehand. You can quote for rates based on Nearby and they will agree to those rates. Also ask for locals since the quality of Thai has reduced. Keep rates in check 2-2.5 k for extras.

Well to be honest you won't find many. Women in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi are active in fetlife to some extent.
