1. Introspect and record (maintain a written or audio diary) what drove you to start mongering. Review them whenever your feelings for her spike.

2. Will yourself to stop seeing or interacting with her in any manner. Sounds easier said than done but the best way to remove a bandaid is to simply rip it off abruptly.

Based on some good FRs I decided to try this spa. Especially cause of the very convenient location.
