I'm planning the following routes as my entry points: Main road to NL bylane / A kabiraj st / Bk paul.

Tramlane / Bkpaul entry is relatively safe, have not seen any LE on that entry, you can walk until 2nd Nepali bldg as you come in, but have to be careful to remember the the'point in johns map where women's will try to grab you. JD, KD etc pimps are not needed, in other words pimps won't get commission that's why they won't come. However since you are visiting premium side with pimps, he gets handsome money so he don't mind accompanying you. Worst case tell him you will pay him 100 as commission, for 300 spend on KD or JD a 100 commission doesn't matter. Most of the premium pimps won't take you there but will agree to drop you or pick up from a nearby spot.
