The spa scene in Goa especially the North is mostly non existent with regards to extras. Vigilant locals and NGOs have led to most being raided. As such there are a lot of scam spas where they will lure you with hint of extras and not deliver.

Have stopped visiting spas due to that reason. There could be a hidden gem somewhere but it's more of a rarity.

At best you could get lucky in south Goa where some beach side spas at times offer extras.

Hope you get what you want and do share your experience either way.

I was in goa last week. There's this spa that gave me sure shot hints. I didn't partake extras because I was with cousins trying to get a normal massage. PM for details if you want.
