Your strategy in the second Session is a time tested strategy. Every therapist likes to maximise their earnings and I have seen them getting little desperate and go soft on rates. However, having said that it has two disadvantages, the time available for VAS gets reduced and also you don't get that little more close experience as you have also been acting like a wood.
