I was in tambaram area and was wanting to visit a soft action so spa set up. Called the Ro# at L spa which is situated in the main road next to KK hospital in sareeyur. This spa is already reviewed here in this forum by a member. ON speaking the receptionist spoke nice and told me 5 are available and choosing is there. I said my budget is 2 K only strict. And I want B2B for that not much of massage. She said you please come we will take care and blah blah.

On reaching the place, they are not at all bothered. ON seeing them to my great shock all are maid types, in fact worse than maid types. Imagine maids wearing jeans and black top and anklet. I was made to sit in a room. They asked which package and I said no package. I told her phone that 2 K is my budget, I told B2B that is promised. The girl whom I spoke was ugly and she was rude. The other girl was very ugly too. She said for 2 K you will get only massage and HJ. I was about to puke on seeing the look on her face as if she is doing a great service.

I immediately stood to walk out. She said Why are you leaving I said, I was told something else and what you offer is different and I walked out literally.

No one in the reception the counter girls who maid types who were sitting did not even bother to ask why are you leaving and what's is the issue. They speak in the phone nice and did not provide their names. My brain took over my johny this is the second walk out I did in the Tambaram area apart from one in kingdown area.

Result: Poor customer service and poor empathy.

Very ugly girls for the price.

Decided not to get into any Tambaram SPA ever seeing the two incidents.

Had a very similar experience at the same place 6 months back.
