Yes I did pay for that hamam thing the very first I went there, assuming I could have fun with the therapist in the shower. The massage happens first. And during the massage, the therapist explained that its just a shower with some herbals mixed with water, something of that sort. I don't remember the exact details but what I remember is that there will be no extras as part of that process. At least that's what I understood from the therapist.
