Hi all!

I want to share my recent experience so that others can be careful.

I always go with my trusted senior reference. But last time I went ahead with one known sp and choose a person for night. I booked in a famous hotel in porur region. Both of us checked in together at 10 pm. At exactly 2 pm, someone knocked the door. I was awake at that time and so I immediately went to open the door. I didn't expect cops at that time. But it happened. They said since local ID was used, they came for checking. It scared the hell out of me. After all the torturous moment, I have to pay some money for them to leave.

I don't know whether it was fixed by the person or the hotel but it scared the hell out of me.

Simple take away, always go with trusted reference and don't use local ID.

I am even afraid to share it in detail here.

Which hotel did you stay in? Maybe the other members also can benefit from it. This looks like some con-job where the hotel is in on it. First of all, the hotel would not even let you check-in if they didn't allow local ID. So it's surely a scam by the hotel staff and the cops. Stand your ground next time and don't fall these cheap tricks. Or just book in a 5 star hotel next time.
