There is raging debate on this forum now on the Senior vs Newbie issue, with some disgruntled newbies casting apprehensions on the seniors which is regrettable.

But you had to venture out and hunt on your own and get some experiences that can be shared on the forum by way of FR's to gain trust and acceptability. I am sure that everyone will agree as to how hard it is to get a contact, and it is equally hard for a senior too. Such hard earned contacts cannot be openly shared with every Tom, Dick (pun intended) and Harry for very genuine reasons that have already been explained.
