These clients pay money to get leads from JD. There are different packages based on the price. For instance, if the client take a premium package, your number will be shared to them in the first hour of your search. For lesser package, after 2 hours they share your number and so on. Even if you are not registered member of JD, they some how get your number from your browser data. Especially chrome.

Even incognito mode in chrome is a scam. Better to use some private browsers which guarantees safety and which cannot track you.
