Visited the spa in the Sunday afternoon. My bad. The spa didn't have AC and the building was very old and the paint from the walls are almost torn away. But, the front office guy was kind and said only one therapist is available and I cannot bath there as the metro water didn't arrive..

You can try in Essentials. They will have a wax schedule but don't have Brazilian wax for men. If you can sweet talk the therapist after a couple of visits you may get. The other options are try spa inside five star hotels they also have some kind of facial and waxing services.
