Here are my experiences so far (Not so great).

1) Some Thai Spa (2 years ago).

Found a new ayur center in the name of ayur clinic. It is nearby to the Fire (name in Hindi) Eng College, Tlmbr. Have been to this place multiple times and found a beautiful young dish here.
