Try the Lal Path Labs 'STD Panel' test. It has HIV, Syphilis, Herpes etc. Quite easy. You get report online too.

Lay off mongering for a month before getting tested because many of these STDs have a window period between infection and testing positive in blood samples.

I'll suggest you to visit an md in opd first. He'll write down all the std tests for you and later on its up to whether you want to get the tests done at the hospital or at some external diagnostic lab. Like SRL or Dr lal path labs.
