The only way forward I think is if someone has clout with the LE, to take it forward. I don't think a lawyer can help the case with the current bias in law in favor of females. A sting in conjunction with the LE would work for sure and while the individuals might not get the money back, the LE would make sure that the girl pays up a significant part of what she has earnt so far to save her own ass.

I would not recommend any other course as its fraught with way too many dangers and limited upside, at least for those who have any sort of social standing. Risk vs reward just does not justify it IMHO.

Hello All,

Though I agree to most of the suggestions coming in as to avoid trapping and all; I am just concerned about the fact that this girl will go on duping people as she has been doing from last 7-8 years, regularly.

Please note- ISG is much smaller a place than the entire monger community at Delhi / NCR and coming to know of so many guys who got duped by her here on ISG itself; I would not be surprised, if it is her daily routine to rob us of our valuable money; let alone people from ISG; there are tons of guys who would easily fall in her trap; she must me a millionaire by now.
