First things first. Why Delhi is having good collection? Because Delhi is a multicultural metro. People not only come from all the states, but also from neighbouring places like nepal, tibet, Kazakh etc. So most of the population in Delhi (residents & non residents both included) are beautiful (definitely above 7. Many are 8, few are 9 & even you can find some 10/10- rare though). So even if you take 0. 0001% as working girls. Yup they will be definitely beautiful. (same applies to mumbai).
