I went spas which had Thais, but disappointed. Please share if there are any Taksu, Supreme equivalents there.

No Hotels in Kovai offer In-Call facility, but, ofcourse certain Hotels entertain if you bring in goodies. The Hotel in Second Street Gandhipuram is so GFly and the one in 3rd Steet allows. So if you check-in and ask the Room Boy for any external help. May workout.
