Hey Phil, how are you managing all this dude. All of this data compilation, keeping a tab on chicks meeting, pinging, getting responses and then reverting to them chicks. I got overwhelmed and went into a kind of depressive state of mind as couldn't handle more than 50 messages in my inbox and then telegram. I simply did not log into my seeking account for a week to get over it as it was affecting my work and peace of mind. What's your secret, mind sharing it here?

I retired early from the corporate world and am single so I have the time to pursue my 'hobby'.

If I am paying a large amount (we are charged US rates in India) for a 1 month sub, I might as well do it properly. I keep all data on a file for easy reference.
I know of college girls who keep the same kind of Excel sheet on their prospects.

I'd like to send a customized message to girls, but when there is nothing in their profile, cut-paste works fine and does not take time.

The first thing I ask is what they do and if they are in Bangalore. I don't continue with the make up artists, beauticians, event managers, preparing for exams girls or those who evade the question. They are all WGs. I also don't continue with anyone out of town. That has never worked for me when looking for long term.
If I don't like the pics, I don't continue.
If the quote is higher than what I pay (20 k) I don't negotiate. I just pass.
If she's not willing to do an unpaid first meet (I pay cab, maybe give a gift, if I like her) I pass.

All these filters make the message exchange fairly short for most girls.

Yeah, I did satisfy my SA itch after more than one and a half years as my dating game was not going well in March and April with a lot of cat fishing and chicks developing cold feet at the last moment; Delhi sucks too. I got realllyyyyyy frustrated one fine evening and became a premium member of SA.

There are some ways to check how well you are doing in the 'funnel'. This time for e.g (in Bangalore).

In my 1 month membership, I messaged 271 girls in B'lore. 170 replied.

75% of those you message should read it and 75% of those should reply.
You'd get around 50 replies per 100 messages, rarely more than 60% (if you are selective).
The number I message has been increasing each time, though I am more selective. That is the positive part of SA.
For e.g. 2019-2022 I would not be able to message more than 200 profiles in Bangalore.
The percentage who read and replied have also been fairly consistent.

Of the 170 replies, there are messages exchanged with 80. That resulted in 8 meets (you have to chat with 10 to get 1 meet).
2 ghosted, so I was left with 6, though I have one more prospect to meet.

Most of these message exchanges are fairly short.

A very MBAesque breakdown of the funnel. Enjoyed reading it. I guess the numbers have been similiar for me also in terms of percentages.

The one thing hitting this funnel is the expectations the SB keeps for a PPM or allowance. I've always maintianed the stance unless one does a few PPMs and figure out compatibility, one cannot commit to an allowance (unless its just for namesake).

I guess part of the doom and gloom is from the horrible expectations from profiles on the site.

What you see here, are mainly profiles that are bad. Most good profiles are not shared because that goes against the very nature of a SB.

Use this forum as a guide on how to approach SBs and which profiles to avoid.

Absolutely! The kind of SB we ideally want, will not remain on SA for long (my best finds have been on SA 1 month) because they have limited time to sugar date, have a particular amount they need and are fairly selective. Once they find the right person, they don't want to remain on SA and be treated as a WG in the messages they get, or the exploratory meets they have. They only return when a relationship ends.

This forum works best to share feedback on those we have interacted with an let people know whom to avoid, not 'share contacts'.

Outside India the hit rate was about 1 out of every 3 girls that I would meet. By that I mean, 1 out of every 3 girls checked the right boxes. I would have ended up sleeping with all 3 of the girls. But to actively spend time with regularly, it was about 1 out of every 3 on average.

In India, the hit rate is closer to 1 out of every 5/6 girls. The problem in India is getting to the meeting stage. This is due to all the problems with low class women, scammers, pimps ets. Essentially, thanks to us wonderful Indians, we tend to ruin every good thing we have.

That's an impressive strike rate for you, Phil and Rajm. For me the top of the funnels has been similar - contacted 50 odd. I did find 3 who I thought I could have as SBs. Two chose to back off after a couple of introductory meets. To the extent one went off SA, one went on a hiatus and resurfaced today only. The third one is regularly in touch but again it hasn't materialised. And none of them brought up money. So I don't know where I am going wrong.

Maybe I should try some more.

A typical college girl / non-Pro girl and not a big burn on pocket. I am mostly able to continue the girl for few months before I get bored and go back to SA for fresh hunting.

And to score this one good match, probably I am required to hit atleast 50+ profile, get talking to atleast 15 of them and also to meet atleast 3-4 of them. So yes, its quite time consuming project. But then that one GEM I am able to strike, has mostly been worth it.

My numbers are similar (10 years on SA) but it is getting more difficult to find the kind of non WG, that you and others have described.

Whenever I take my 1 month sub, I have found someone who I have had a relationship lasting a year at least. However, it requires an increasing amount of effort.
Last year, the one person I found, lasted 5 dates before ghosting.
This year, I think I have found one (who I described in an earlier post), we have had 1 date, so its early days.

Typically, I have to chat with 60+ girls, before agreeing to meet 8 for an unpaid 'meet & greet'.
2 will ghost at the last minute. 4 of the remaining 6, I would not like to meet again.
This time, I did want to see 3 of the 6 again. 1 scammed, 1 had a high allowance ask and the 3rd I did meet (I've posted details earlier).

Thanks for your encouraging words. I have had come close to finding SBs but it hasn't materialised yet.

My question to you and others who have been successful is how long did it take for you to find your first genuine SB?

It's been 3 months for me (subscribed twice) - I don't know whether I should persist or not.

To all these punters, I just want to say, there is a silver lining.

Can't agree more with this. Most SBs are usually only looking for one or max 2 SDs and for relatively long term. The scene was much better few years back, now it's just full of pimps and WGs, but there are some genuine girls looking for pure SB-SD arrangement. They usually check out of the site the moment they get into a long term arrangement and ideally I'd prefer that as well, the exclusivity makes it worth it. Otherwise WGs can be had for much cheaper from any other platform too.
