Things like tissue paper and handkerchiefs make it only worse plus marks on hankys.

Have tried wet tissues as well with limited luck.

I guess you are trying to remove the stains from your skin. Try the following-.

1. A make up remover wipe sold for that purpose.

2. A food grade oil (olive, grape seed, coconut) massaged into the lip stick then wiped away using facial tissue then an old face / wash cloth that can be used to gently scrub any residual color if two applications of oil and tissue is insufficient.

3. Petroleum jelly used instead of oils as described above.

4. Make up remover cream like Ponds.
