There are three choices at Surajkund. I am listing below in the scale of cost an quality (top to bottom):

1. Hotel RajHans: Its a four star hotel with room service and all good amenities. You can check in 12noon and get out in the evening with all day fun. They know and don't ask question who is with you. Please make sure you tip the receptionist. I still remember my sweet old days at RajHans.

2. Motel: Cheaper than Hotel RajHans.

3. Huts: Cheapest and quite. Every one knows what’s going on there.

If you care for privacy and avoid any possible hassle/LE etc, stick with Hotel or Motel.

I'm going to be visiting Delhi from 22 Nov to 1 Dec on business and need a bit of advice. Does anyone know of internet providers who offer dialup internet which can be paid for online using a credit card? I did a google search and as expected got about a million pages of junk. Most ISP's accept online payment and then send you a "registration pack" by mail which is not what I want. What I'm looking for is something more along the lines of a Wifi Hotspot- buy time online.

Ok ok so this isn't really related to the forum but I didn't know where else to ask!

Meanwhile after just skimming the board I'm half expecting to be ripped off on the mongering side. As I've mentioned in previous reports (see the South Africa forum) I'm not really a fan of newspaper ads as it's too hit and miss. Are you referring to Hotel Ajanta near the railway station? I stayed there ealier this year and I will suggest that you stay away from that hotel. Try hotel Rahul Palace (you can book it through travelocity). In my opinion, Ajanta is a total crap and will find ways to charge you extra money.

She asked me for the money, which I handed over. Then she said she had to leave and give it to Taina first, then she would come and get me. Well, she left, and never came back. I tried phoning her, and the person who answered the phone (I think the same person I had met) introduced herself as Taina and demanded why I had given the money to this "friend." You can imagine I was really angry and confused at this point. Anyway, I got totally screwed over, and it was very annoying. I don't know if anyone has done business with "Taina", but that was my experience. This happened in July, so it's been a while now. Better luck to you guys.

Couple of days back, I tried the services of a service provider. Got myself picked up from my hotel (He verified that I was indeed a guest at the hotel..by calling my hotel room and speaking to me).
