Mostly probably this one is also a Filipino. Most Filipinos in MR are post op trans and they come to India in groups and move from city to city. They also usually say they are Spanish (philippines was a spanish colony) or some other exotic combination (Mexican, Japanese, etc) to entice the monger. I would say Mahipalpur for cheap spas. When I stayed at Radisson Blu, I felt adventurous and walked up and down that area including at nights. The area feels very seedy and you deal with questionable characters. High risk of getting scammed also.
