TL; DR. This is a sure shot spa for B2 be and HJ at least (all therapists offer B2 be & HJ, some may offer more but I am not sure) but the 2 therapists I saw were past their prime age.

Counter guys started with 2 k and I was like WTF man. Said 1500 lowest sir, I told nearby is 1200. He asked me to get the coupon as he will get better incentive then. I obliged and went into the room. The rooms are very clean with good shower inside.

In comes a NE, Lily, maybe late 30's. Was disappointed. Went ahead with massage. She had a very soft skin and her massage skills were very good. Also, very well-spoken & soft-spoken. We had some very good conversations. She told me she is from Myanmar and not India.

Within 5 minutes herself asked if I needed extra services. I asked what is available said B2 be and HJ. I was not in a mood to get both from her so said no, massage only. And she was like, "Please pardon me for asking upfront, we are all professionals here but a lot of clients say in the end, so I thought I will ask". I was like chill babes, not like we are saints. She gave a wonderful massage with well-spoken talks in between. She told me all the therapists are professional and trained but do offer extras as it means more personal tips. Finished after 45 minutes.

Was planning to tip her for the massage only. So, asked her to get 2 k changed she was like sir you haven't taken extra so I can't take, people don't give. But gave her a small tip amount.

Coming out, a lady was covering for the counter guy. Looked old again.
