I hate to sound like a broken record but Paharganj is infested with conmen and substandard places. The only real exception is Anami Day Spa on DB Gupta Road. The set up is as follows: 3. 5 K to 5. 5 K (for CBJ), they take you to the 3 star hotel next door. About a month back was in Delhi and visited Qtb again. Ryl Hmm seems to have increased the prices to 800. While most others are at 600-650.
