Its no surprise, many of the SP and inde are a part of the forum, they read the posts. And few are aware of it as well. And it happens, my observation, when someone shares a contact with a new joiner, they tend to miss out the reference and the newbie directly tells the SP or Inde that he got the contact from forum.
