Dear all,

With due respect to all the readers of forum, I would like to have some advice from all my fellow people.

I am into mongering life for about 12-13 years now. Recently, due to family issues and problems in my job, I was diagnosed with mental depression and advised antidepressants. One of the major side effects of taking antidepressants medicine, is reduced libido, poor or low erection and troubles in ejaculation with delayed ejaculation or no ejaculation at all. This is very poor situation. Can any medicine or technique, which can help me to cope with troubles in ejaculation with delayed ejaculation or no ejaculation at all.

Don't depends on anti depressants. It will make you addict in long team. Do the following things.

1. Find a hobby and invest your time into it.

2. Make some new friends and spend some time with them, talk to them. In case you need one then ping me. Talk what's is bothering you.

3. If you are still in job then they must have some employee assistance program in which they must have some counselors. Talk to your HR and take a appointment with them.

4. travel to new places.

5. try to forgets things and let things so. Somethings are not worth it and its better if you let them go.

6. learn to detach yourself. I have been to more than 100 WG but never been attached to anyone emotionally. Only exception is one girl in Sydney club.

7. Try Yoga and meditation. Spend sometime time each day in the night to introspect yourself of what you have done in a day.

8. don't confine yourself to your office or house, spend some time outdoors, room I'm markets, malls, parks.

But instead of medicines, I would suggest physical exercises. Try to set a routine of waking up early, and going for long walks or a run. Trust me, that the best medicine for your mental agony. I am also going through shit in my head, but I choose to take long runs, and exercise. I am more mentally and physically fit now.

Running and other outdoor exercises in nature, helps release mood influencing chemicals in your brain, and you tend to be more happier, and healthier. And when it comes to your erectile function, you would be a horse in bed my friend.

So quit over thinking, throw out that meds, put on your running shoes, and get running!!

Gradually stop the medicines. Your doctor will never let you stop taking antidepressants.

And take utmost care for a month after stopping the medicines. That's the most crucial time.

They will make you drowsy and decrease your libido.

Find a really good ayurvedic doctor (should not be a quack) and take ashwagandha, mulethi and all that he prescribes.

These are calming drugs.

Secondly join a gym. Exercise will pump you with dopamine and testosterone.

Your goal should be to replace drugs with natural therapy and then after a few months stopping them also.
