Need advice from you guys.

I am from a non-metro, state capital city. Recently, there has been a number of raids in the spa centres located in my city. A lot of foreign nationals, locals, NE have been arrested. The issue has been a part of national news channels too. Utter foolishness is that he visited and took membership in the spa while he lives across the street.

My friend has foolishly used a sim issued on his name to monger and also for his bank transactions, permanent use etc. Now the problem is that his number is there with almost all the Spa centes.

He is afraid as hell. What is legal and general advice you would tender.

1) Can law enforcement contact him?

2) Changing the number isn't a big deal for him. Should he do that and destroy the sim?

Please help.

Going to a Spa is not illegal, running a brothel disguised as a Spa is. What are they going to charge him with?

Nothing will happen. Just chill. If they want to enforce they will even if the sim is in someone else' name. This is a routine in all cities once a while. Cheers.

So per US law (where I am from), Just having your phone number at a spa which engages in illicit conduct doesn't mean you have broken any law. You have to be caught in the act in order to be prosecuted. LE may contact you as part of their investigation as did you see anything illicit or participate in anything illicit at the spa. Your answer should be, no I did not. NOw they may ask a spa worker to finger you but in reality, that doesn't stand in a court of law unless she can identify a birthmark which only your mother / wife may know or she has video footage, so most sensible LEs do not bother.

As a rule of thumb, I only give fake phone numbers and names at spa. I do not use my forum name, let alone real name.

They have started throwing a lot of tantrums due to popularity and poor negotiation skills of mongers.

Service wise also they are not as good as they used be and nowadays the receptionist is also very rude as they are well aware that they are well promoted on ISG by some of us members.

Suggestions is to boycott them for couple of months. There are more than enough spa on either side of roads to fulfill our hunger. Or we can always go to TNG for cheap FS. Regards Boobslover007.
