More or less All hotels are Girl friendly in Thailand, some do charge joiner fees and some do not (majority do not). Whereas, over the years Dubai has had stricter laws with regard to the girl being allowed into the room. Some which used to have disallowed this privilege to guests staying at hotel. In fact, I have had the trouble when a hotel which was green on my last visit suddenly became a red one after 1 month due to change in rules by management.
