For Dubai, I will try to put up my point over here which I think will be very helpful for you:

1. Why are you not hitting the clubs? I think the clubs in Dubai are a great place to score a chic (Some great clubs are: Moscow, Mirchi are an absolute go. (Budget 500ST, 1000-1200 Full night).
