Based on my knowledge, which could be limited but I have done extensive research and can provide you some info.

HIV transmission through 'insertive fellatio', which means an HIV-negative man receiving oral sex from a person with HIV, is very low risk and may be impossible.

Unless the chick giving you a BBBJ has an injury or some kind of bleeding in her mouth and if there is a chance that blood got in contact with your dick when you ejaculated in her mouth, that would leave a slight chance of you contracting the infection.

I wrote a detailed FR immediately on 23rd but somehow the same din't get posted due to reasons unknown. Was busy in between. So posting once again with apologies for delay.
