    Regency Sauna

Regency Sauna is open for Full business but has effectively priced it self off the market at 1, 150. For 75 minutes and 1 pop and 1, 800- for 2h and 2 pops. The mamasan quoted new management with new regulations.

Upon inquiry at the reception, the Top Club does not provide FS.

I am not sure what you are referring too. The "casual encounters" section in personals is still there and all the "massage girls" still advertise in the "services" section.

    Be Careful Out There

Just received from the US Embassy in Beijing:

Taking Precautions at Beijing Bars and Nightclubs.

The USA Embassy has seen an increase in reports of violence against USA citizens at bars and nightclubs in Beijing. The most recent incidents began as disputes over small matters, such as spilled drinks or laughter that was taken as a gibe, and then developed into serious altercations resulting in injuries.

In recent weeks, the USA Embassy received several reports about the unprovoked harassment of USA citizens, including two incidents that occurred at the Club Latte nightclub on the property of Worker? S Stadium near the Sanlitun bar district. In light of these incidents, the USA Embassy has advised USA government personnel to avoid going to Club Latte. You should take this information into consideration when making entertainment plans.

Then were the usual suggestions (Never go alone, always have a cell phone, pay attention to surroundings, etc.). So remember, be careful out there and buddy up. Preferably with a cute young thing!

    Risk and income

Concerning the variable nature of risk in this fine city there is nothing standard or normal about Beijing, so always take these type of comments with caution. But over the years I have observed some patterns. The obvious ones are during big events, party conferences, external events, etc. Don't come to Beijing during some show piece international event and expect the situation to be normal. The next ones are the periods before major holidays. Which for some strange reason includes Christmas. The crack downs before local holidays, such as the 2 week long holidays, tend to be a quick grab of extra bribes to help pay for the all important gifts for the folks at home. I suspect the period before Christmas may be similar, the girls go for a final effort at the ever diminishing laowai's and the LE's do the same with the girls. My only caveat is the efforts over the last few years have had a higher moral focus than financial focus. Which is not so good. So to reinforce Mister Seven, be careful out their. With some basic common sense and a cautious attitude you should be ok. But Always grab the all important numbers. Personal contacts are always the safest course of action. Both for yourself and the all important supply.

As for income's. The 55 years old cleaning lady who fills the urinals with ice each morning earns about 800RM-1000RM per month, but she certainly does not fill my heart with desire. Our lovely 24year old marketing assistants earn 6000RM per month and they do interest me. Although I have never partook. Take your choice who you want to bollocks.

Nobody can feed a family in Beijing from this, so this is paid to migrant workers (male and female) living in dormatories, young girls in the service industry still living at home aso. And of course there is a strong salary differential once you leave the pretty city center and go to the suburb towns and villages. Go to a small restaurant in along the 5th ring road and ask the waitress what she makes.

Anyway income below 19000 RMB per year is tax free in China.
Minimum wage varies per province. In Beijing it is 960RMB per month. Shanghai has the highest at 1200RMB.

But 188K who make 10, 000, 000 RMB / yr sounds crazy to me- where do you get this from? We did a lot of demographic analysis of the Beijing population and didn't come up with anything like that. Best data out there says there are around 150K people who have 10, 000, 000RMB (but obviously make a lot less per year than that).

Otherwise, I think The Tanuki is right- every town has some interesting options, you just have to get out to find them. Sure, finding girls in AC is like shooting fish in a barrel, but sometimes the hidden pleasure tastes twice as sweet! I'll be in Beijing for a night on Sunday, if anyone wants to go out looking for gems.

Pussy is just another commodity on the market. The price of it moves up or down in accordance with those old economic principles of supply and demand. Of course there is also the relative appearance of said nookie, the venue of the exchange, QoS (research can help on this) , state of inebriation (both parties) and finally the time of day when the transaction occurs. There are other variables such as the girl's rent being due tomorrow, the guy not having had sex in 8 years and stuff like that. You can get things cheaper in Beijing than Maggies Mongolians, but a number of us prefer those ladies, for our own reasons. To me, it comes down to the rather vague notion of Value. That's what makes it different for all of us. Yea, I've had the $25 LT's in Subic Bay (granted, that was awhile ago) and I've paid some 300 Euros for a ST in Belgium. The best fuck of my life was 400 RMB in Malaysia. But I've gotten to know a number of the Mongolians and like them as friends, not just for groping.

I hope you get a chance to sample some of the things of the city, just for the sake of being there. I get in on Saturday. Hope to catch up with some of you guys there!

One ring calls and text messages offering services

    Gentlemen,

I've called back the numbers that ring once and have gotten an answering machine describing that you can get students, white collar gals, models and the girl next door. The text messages have the same content. One of my friends (local Chinese) just landed in the big house as the numbers are being carefully monitored. They nabbed over sixty guys in two days from what his attorney told me. He's going to spend six months in a correctional facility, will most likely lose job and his family now knows about his hobby. Need to clean out the pipes every so often but wouldn't want to imagine what would happen to a businessman / expat busted for mongering. Anyhow, just wanted to make sure that the fellow mongers here are aware. Also, I'm always willing to share my private numbers in exchange for private numbers. If I get enough requests on this post, I'll subscribe so we can PM. Good luck gentlemen.

    Beijing WTF

    Hi,

5k RMR per month sounds more reasonable to me.

I might get out tonight to see the infamous Maggies, because its not that far from where I am now.

So if some Monger from SIG is around and up to a beer and some chit chat I am into it.

I just have to see "the scene" by myself and then report something here for the benefits of all.

I might be a bit old fashioned but it doesn't make any sense to pay high price for p4p. If I want that then I would just stay in my country (my home country) and go to the FKK or saunas and have fun there.

Luckily I don't stay in Germany hahahhaha.

Ok, I hope I don't step on anyones toe in here.

    Peace!

These figures are a year old and reported in the media (if you can believe any media). It also stated that about 8, 000 make over 100, 000, 000RMB. Not so hard to believe. Look at the real estate. Properties for 5MM to 10MM selling like hotcakes. Looks at the luxury cars.

The rich ones in Beijing are no longer the expats. This is why the beautiful young Chinese girls are seeking Chinese guys, they are richer. Most expats in Beijing are not so rich.
I was f***g a freebie who was managing a high end watch shop. She told me that every other day some guy would walk in with his young GF and buy her a US$50,000 watch. Compare this to some expats going Maggies and trying to bargain with the girl to save 200RMB.

There was an article a few days ago in the newspaper about a recent real estate fair. International companies coming to an event in Beijing to sell luxury real estate from all over the world to Beijingers. It was well attended by rich Chinese willing to drop a few million dollars to diversify their real estate portfolio.

BTW, the average Jos does not make 1000RMB per month in Beijing. Not sure what the average is but based on the latest numbers available. 188, 000 people in Beijing make over US$1. 5million (10, 000, 000RMB). Maybe you cannot afford it here.

There certainly are a lot of rich people in Beijing. Today at lunch I saw both a Bentley and a brand new Lamborghini. A report released earlier this year by the Beijing Citiy administration stated the average salary in 2009 for workers in Beijing was 4, 037 RMB / month. The same report went on to state that the top three industries with the highest average salary in 2009 were finance (14, 515 RMB / month) , telecommunication (6, 776 RMB / month) , and IT service & software development (6, 172 RMB / month). The survey was of Chinese domestic workers and did not take into account expats. Typically when salary is discussed in China it is "take home" rather than gross salary as it is in the west, so I am not sure if these salaries are before or after taxes.

Ok something to report here while I am there. I talked to an English expat he told me Chinese food is cheap, western food is expensive. In Phils everything is cheap. Dam I shouldn't mentioned that one again.

The weather in Beijign now is cold, sunny days but cold nights and when the icy wind blows you don't want to go anywhere, just make sure you are in some room with a heating system.

Ah yes I can recomand costa cafe, their staff speaks English.

The average guy here in Beijing makes 1000 RMB a month, that works for guys or girls who work in fastfood chains or just in the mall, which means you can have a happy meal every day in Macdo but you need to sleep outside, cause thats it what you can get for 1000 RMB in a month.

So I wonder how they do it?

Ok my next report will be an update about Maggies. The place where you can find that special someone LOL. Maybe the only place in here. I looked up the map and its near Rithan park near some other meeting points for P4P including a place like "choclate"? Does that stand for anal? LOL.

The desricption says a place for Chinese and Russian. Maybe I should bring my own little red flag and wave around.

Well, I guess that is sure going to be something. 6 days to go then I am back. Dam shouldn't mentioned that again.
