Thanks for the update. I was at PH on the very day the Saudi's sent their tanks over thru the Causeway and it was the same situation. How much did you pay for the room? How crowded was it? I'm sure it was very much less crowded than usual since the Saudi's aren't allowed to go to Bahrain for hanky panky these days. It sucks that the rates are still the same and non-negotiable though.

Do you live in Bahrain? I'm still undecided to come thru the Causeway or by air, depending on which is more safe. I guess the air route is more safe but more expensive.

    Sea shell

    Gladiator,

Seashell is very much operational, however, only 2 living in girls (thai) and a few PRCs in their 'alcohol free' bar.

    Just Landed personals

    Hi Joe,

I also noted that the 'Just Landed' site had removed the 'Personal' ads from their site. However, this morning, Saturday, they're back again. Maybe they just delete them during the weekend. If that is the case, then you can note numbers during the week and call them on Thursday or Friday. I tried this last week. The girls don't seem to want to drop below BD50 for short time. If they do this on incall, then that isn't too bad. If you have to pay for a hotel room as well, then it could get expensive (the cheapskate in me talking here).

Most places last night were open, but very, very quiet, except for Buffalo in the California. That had people in it, but not too many of them. Difficult to notice who is on the game in that place. A great many civilians. I did hear that Cielo in the Riviera hotel is open til 04:00 and allegedly gets busy around 1 or 2 in the morning. I was not in a situation to check this out though. When I dropped by the place was totally empty, but that was around 9:50.

Euphoria was empty on Thursday except for two PRC and a bunch of guys playing pool. Rock Bottom was dead. There were a few Thais in Match Point in the Ramee in the same building as the Dublin, but nothing of particular interest, however YMMV. The town is very quiet at the moment. The curfew has been dropped back to starting at 10pm, but not too many girls around. The bar in the Windsor was completely empty last night, as was F1. Even with very few people venturing out, the girls still try to charge the top rate. I guess they have to pay back a mamasan. Still, I would think that bringing something back would be better than bringing nothing, or am I just trying to think logically?

If I am still without 'adult supervision' next weekend, I'll certainly check out some of the venues and report back. If anyone has better luck, please post.

    Diggers' girls migrated to Boomers

On that note, anyone have #s or contact info for any hotties? It seems to be all the ones hitting the clubs are over 40.

I think a lot of the Digger regulars have migrated over to Boomers. I saw at least 10 last night I recognized from Diggers. Also, a lot of the hotties left Bahrain for Dubai (I personally helped 3 of them change their tickets). I think until things get back to normal, and the curfew is removed, you're going to see less than stellar talent there.

    Bahrain Up date

    Marad,

Checked out AA today, was told no girls. Not sure if the receptionist was playing safe.

Last week found Mirador getting depleted, many girls left, was told others also may leave soon.

Tried Phonecia. Around 20 rooms, all Russian except one Syrian room.

Some good pieces, checked out after 2 shots, before it got too late, keeping in mind yesterday's tense situation. Phonecia was looked haunted, no staff, no customers.

I told her I would come by and bring her back to my flat. Her flat is NOT in a dangerous part of town but they're all scared because they kept hearing stories of armed protesters attacking Asians. We stopped off and got some food and then back to my place. She jumped in the shower and cleaned up very nice. After putting a little food in her she was relaxed and happy. Needles to say I screwed my brains out for 3 days straight. I helped her change her return flight to Dubai and she left a couple days ago. I tried to give her a little money but she refused it. All I can say is WOW. I'm now helping a couple of her girlfriends change their tickets. Right now it's taking about 4 days before the next flights are available. I'm thinking I'll have a few more days of fun before this is all over with. I'm sure my buddy Marad39 is waiting for that text message to come over and help satisfy the girls. I got your back mate and will contact you if this turns into an orgy.
Hi PM, would have loved to come and reduce your burden with that hot PRC that you helped! I am indeed waiting for a text msg from you inviting me to join the fun. BTW I had a outside visit to FP and also called them and was told that show is on but PRCs have moved out, you would only get Russian salad, which used to be in good number few weeks back. Also open is AA where hot Thais are there to provide the service I had mentioned to you earlier.

Keep in touch mate and TC. Do give me the hot news. ! .

    Boomers

I checked out Boomers last night. It's a decent pub with a Filipino band. It's located on the first floor of the Pars International Hotel in Juffair. We saw mostly Chinese WGs. The pub employs a very nice Filipino staff. Drink prices are steep as would be expected around Juffair. My mate and I brought two girls back with us. Did not discuss prices and paid 50BD next morning. Looks like this could be a nice place for me to call my regular hangout. Oh, we did have a pint at Match Point and saw a few nice Thai girls. Most were a little on the heavy side however.

Friday night curfew busting. . .

Friday night had a quick look around town.

F1 club was closed up tight. Warbler was open, but empty. More staff than customers, so I wandered off to Juffair. The Dublin bar was open and the band was playing to a reduced audience, mainly Americans. No WGs sighted, though there were a couple of Filipinas who might have been on the game. The sports bar was open and had a smattering of WGs in there. I don't like the high prices the bar charges for drinks so I had one drink and moved on.

To the Wrangler. Open, but not very busy. The club at the back whose name escapes me at the moment was also open. Definitely not as crowded as in the past. A few tasty women, mainly split between Africans and Filiipinos. With the prospect of road blocks ahead, I didn't stay for long, or have too much to drink. I would imagine that the Rock Bottom and Euphoria would be open since they are right next to the base.

A bit pissed off that my usual haunt off Exhibition road has lost all it's girls. The hotel was dark, but open, but was told that the girls had checked out. Bummer. However, the receptionist took me round to a nearby venue which had Thai, Chinese and Indonesian. I chose to phone the Indo number. A mistake. The tart didn't speak any English. That should have warned me off. Still she wasn't that bad looking so I went ahead. Turns out she spoke Arabic and, after paying in advance (not a great deal, mind you) she was very mediocre. No kissing, no DATY, no other positions apart from mish. Ah, I miss the Chinese work ethic. I'll probably return and try a Chinese. Don't bother with a short Indonesian if you come across one. As I said, I didn't pay that much and put it down to experience.

I've been informed that the girls may start to come back to Diggers starting from Monday or Tuesday. I'll confirm this if I get more information. The town is very quiet, especially in the area surrounding the main drag from the Seef flyover to the Crowne Plaza traffic lights. Heavy military presence, and a curfew from 8pm-4am. Something I would not recommend being caught in. Juffair on the other hand seems very normal, though seriously down in numbers.

I would not advise trying to go anywhere near what used to be the Pearl roundabout. The military have established a bridgehead (so to speak) and there is serious firepower in the form of MBT (main battle tanks, American M60A3) , armoured cars, armoured troop carriers (both with high calibre weapons on top) and armed humvees. You do NOT want to mess with them. All Bahraini vehicles, no Saudi.

Lets hope things get better sooner rather than later.

    Good luck hunting and hobbying.

    Keep safe.

As for Phoenicia, it was pretty much empty. Got a room for 30BD. They do still have girls. I'd say about 25 max. The quality is not what it used to be but some pretty hot ones still. Rates are the same. 50BD for ST, etc. It looked business as usual but very less people, definitely not the same atmosphere.

However, I am pretty sure that most of the girls in PH and other hotels will be leaving shortly considering what is happening now in Bahrain, so it could be a while before things go back to what they used to be, if they ever do. Pretty sad but that is the reality.
Nice of you to feed back.

I am an old buddy of Ph. And I can tell you too that it was a fantastic place. The best in all bahrain!

When marrocans, the real nice ones left and they stopped giving visas to them PH. Began the road down.

I see in you the enthusiasm of the old days anyway. You should have enjoyed those old days.

    Thanks again.
