It's closed permanently folks the land owners are renovating so that other rentor can occupy it in its place. Nice while it lasted though.
Also in the news http://www.diario-extra.com/ the 18 street 12 locals got closed for 8 days something about not having fire escapes and causing too much noise polution that was the excuse no girls were arrested because they had their papers in order the locals were the problem let's hope the reopen soon.

Posts: 58Treasure Island is still there
Treasure Island is still there, and girls in the front of it. Some from Columbia and beautiful, but some are scammers so be careful. Safer to take out from the club. Never had an issue with the ones in the club. Some even do you in the club in the private dance booths.

The small but nice strip club located in 9 de octubre and los rios apparently has fallen on hard times and is closed weather is government regulation or the fact that the club was a drug laundering operation finally caught up to them is unknown but it's a fact that it's no longer working.

I will be back to GYE in 2-3 months. It would be great to have a list of places. In a city of 2. 000. 000 people, there must be HUNDREDS of chongos.
I wish Tungurahua would have spent some months in GYE too, after Quito.

Cholera: Yes regarding my health department its possible, but I believe the risk is slim if any.
For our part I think we should be more concern for the VD:s, but I am not.

Mister, you are not leaving for an Indiana Jones tour. Where do you think you are going? For a slow canoa float all down along the Rio of the Amazonas?
I believe Guayaquil is safer than Europe right now about health: due to winter approaching, the seasonal flu epidemic is approaching here, but not there.
The yellow fever vaccination is needed in other far regions of the world, not where you are going (see the list from your Health Ministry). Sorry, there is no vaccination against dengue so you are not protected, but that is becoming widespread in so many warm countries of Asia and America that Ecuador is not at the top of the list.
And you mention even colera? Do you really know what kind of disease is that?
You won't risk malaria in Guayaquil, no colera, and not even bubonic plague.

Hi again,
How about Malaria in Guayaquil? I will be fully dosed with protections from yellow and dengue-fever plus colera and crap like that, but I heard that there is Malaria too. Is that true? Do I need to take the medicin for it? I will only be in Center and in the daytime on the riverside, if there is a good one? Is there a beach close. 5-10 min taxi?
Thanks

Chapeau!
PS: WHEN will you decide to pay your membership fee so that I can PM you? I will be back there. I don't want to miss anything in Guayaquil I missed before.

The old location of the Salame at Velez and Quito was up and running last night! The door to the street was wide open and dudes were pouring in there like there was no tomorrow! While I didn't go up and check personally, I think we can safely assume that they are off their probation for now. Didn't get a chance to check on La Isla but I'm guessing they certainly must be open as well.
Quiet night on la 18 last night but banged a great chica at Zona Caliente for about 20 minutes before nutting. Multiple positions and imspired CBJ. Fellas, this is the casa to hit on la 18!
