    RE: Advice Sought

    Hi Pagal,

Many thanks for your reply, however with all due respect to you, I think that perhaps my question has not quite been fully answered.

Please could you (or anybody else) elaborate?

    Thanks again,

    Altered Ego.

    My nairobi trip

I want to thank you guys for your advise on hotel selection. I finally booking in 680 hotel. Excellent GF hotel with security on every floor. To take a female at night there is an extra charge of USD 25. Before 6 pm it is free so one can take a companion in the room. Simmer is just opposite the hotel but I would recommend Black Diamond night club. You can get excellent babes for USD 50.

There are bingo games in the hotel every day, incase one wants to kill time during the day.

    Happy mongering

    So Many non-pros

Just returned from 3 weeks in Kenya, mostly Nairobi. Only went to Mad house a couple of nights, didn't much care for the selection. What I did find was that all I needed to do was stand in my hotel entrance and smile at the women (walking past) who I found attractive. While walking or running errands the ladies that were interested simply gave me some type of acknowledgement. This was all that was needed to get a number for later and hook up for fun. I met and was with some stunning ladies, at first it was odd, but than it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Went to Nanyuki, Nakuru and Masai Mara and Nairobi National Park for safari. Kenya is a wonderfully beautiful place and I found the people extremely friendly. Never really experienced anything in comparison to meeting women like I did in Nairobi. Too cool.

    Ticket

    Thanks a lot@Jiggydus.

I would like to book it online before but what I do when my flight from Zürich is too late?

I think I will go the risk to buy the ticket on airport same as in Thailand and the Philippines I have done many times before.

    By the way:

Any recommend hotel for stay 1 night in Nairobi in case of I would be late?

It will be my first trip to Kenya.

Thailand and Philippines is easy for me I just go to the airport and buy a ticket (ecluded in high season).

Any experiences or hints about that?

    Name of airlines for example?

    Thanks.

There are 3 airlines you can use in getting from Nairobi to Mombasa. All allow ticket purchases day of departure, but since I have never done that, I cannot speak about last minute pricing. However you can go to their websites and compare fares.

Kenya Airways has most frequent flights but also is most expensive option in most cases. It is a part of the Flying Blue and SkyTeam alliances, so if you look for the benefits associated with elite status (access to lounge in NBO and mileage credit for all but the cheapest E-Best Buy fare is about it as there was no early boarding for biz class or elite flyers last time I flew with them in December) , then this would be one way to go.

Fly540 is a budget option and I hear the customer service is better than KQ. I did a quick check of flight leaving today and RT costs $192 USD (incl. Taxes and fees). One way leaving today runs $96 USD. KQ's E-Best Buy matches Fly540, but the standard fare that will qualify for mileage credit is $17 more.

Jet link is a budget option. I could not obtain pricing for today as it seems their flights are booked solid until Thursday, but RT on that day and returning the following week runs $158 (incl. Taxes and fees). But it looks like this is not best option to buy last minute ticket as seat may not be available when you walk up that day.

For April 22, fares are as follow as of today:

    KQ RT. E-best buy $151; standard $185.

    Jetlink. Best fare is $158.

Fly540. $192 (it looks like Fly540 is better same day option only since their fare does not vary and still have seat availability)

Well I hope that helps. Just google the name of these airlines to find their web pages. I don't ever buy economy tickets at last minute. If I know my plans might change I purchase either the flexible fare ticket or biz class ticket which permits changes with no penalties. On the other hand, the fee to change tickets with these airlines pales in comparison to the fees EU and US legacy carriers charge.

    Jacaranda memories

This may be too late to the poster who asked about the Jacaranda. I did stay there decades ago, met a hairdresser lady in the coffee shop who was with friends. She lassoed one of her friends to give us a ride to a nightclub, with predictable subsequent results. Ended doing her in her place in the suburbs and took a bus back in the morning. She just loved to be eaten, that probably not being a very common delight in those days. Overall, a nice experience.

The Jacaranda, at the time known as the Agip Jacaranda after the oil company, was used in those days by European tour groups. The next day I met a gorgeous Belgian babe at the pool. Unfortunately, she was flying out in a few hours and nothing happened but certainly with guests staying at the Jacaranda there are no problems taking them into rooms.

In much of Africa, there are no room problems if you booked a double. Also, Kenya is a very understanding country. All men have needs and so do women. Just ask any receptionist. If nothing else works (and you stay in central Nairobi) , take your love to one of the many "day and night clubs," 24-hour operations that have cubicles with a cot for the purpose, often with running water and sink.

Although I've been going to Thailand two / three times a year for the past decade this will be the first time I've gone mongering in Africa. I have found that what suits me best is to overdose on chicks for the first few days and then select one to be my constant companion for the remainder of my stay. Easy enough in Thailand. I just pay the Long Time (overnight) rate and then treat them as a girlfriend, picking up the tab for food, drinks, trips out and the like and on occasion buying selective items of clothing that I will enjoy them wearing.

Does the same rule of thumb apply in Nairobi and what should I budget bearing in mind I prefer gazelles to buffalo?

    TheShagmaster
    Hi Shamaster,

Regrets on the delayed response but I have been extremely busy the past two weeks and not much online time. I think anytime a man treats a lady nicely with food, drinks, entertainment, and gifts, most girls will be interested in a longer term arrangement. I think it is up to each gent to treat a woman in the manner he can afford (I. E. If a guy hopes to take a lady "off the meat market" he might hope that throwing the extra Baht, Schilling, Peso, dollar will do the trick (Hope and Change, two sometimes elusive things) , but if he only wants a good time for the time in the particular place, taking into consideration the market rate is always good for both him and future punters.). Truth be told, the requests I have fielded from my "girlfriends" would exceed the amount I have paid for pure p4p encounters. For example, one girlfriend asked me for an iPad2 (yes she was specific); another requested the Samsung Rezor or something like that (yep, she was specific as apparently not any old new cell phone would do); another just requested I help her with medical bills; 3 have requested $600USD-in one case it was for a moto; in the other two cases, it was for schools (I asked more questions and found the schools they wanted to attend were questionable in terms of accredation and even operation; why one had just had its Nairobi campus doors shuttered by the landlord, leaving the current students in a lurch). As far as budgeting, after factoring in your personal hotel (I usually select hotels that don't charge extra for companion or if that is not an option, I just go with the double), communications, food, water, and transportation expenses, I would include an extra 50USD per day when going the girlfriend route. Now if you catch a high class girlfriend, you might need to bump that up to an extra 100USD, but I don't go for those type of ladies so my budget is usually a mere 20USD (yeah I know! Some cheap bastard I am!)

I think your strategy is a good one, and since you never know how the bird will taste until you unwrap it, a sensible one at that. I have met quite a few ladies in Nairobi and Mombasa that were fine ladies, but lacked something in the hygiene department (there is a quick solution for body odor, but stanky P is more problematic and I usually just limit myself to the one experience when I run into stanky P smell my piston exposes). And yes I am always wearing my American sheaths, be they latex or synthetic.

However, I must admit that I have been touched by some of the beautiful young ladies I have met over the past year. I can see the dilemma some punters get caught in, but I like to think that for every bad story we hear about on here of a punter getting taken to the cleaners by a conniving chica, there are hundreds of good stories of punters finding the beauty and womanly qualities they seek, relocating to either the girl's country or bringing her back to his country, settling down and having a nice life. End of fairy tale! That said, although I have met quite a few lovelies, I can never see myself getting married again.

Anyway, back on subject, Shagmaster you should have no problem finding a good one to keep around for the bulk of your days. But I would highly recommend taking chica you select as the one for clinical tests and checkup if you desire to go bare. On my latest trip to Nairobi and Mombasa, I met a number of ladies who seemingly had some sort of minor vaginal infection / odor. Or at the very least if you can do so, bring along a few bottles of feminine wash so the one you want to stick with can have a Massengill moment and dining at the Y will be a much more pleasant experience (yeah, I didn't do much of that as I value staying healthy). If space limitations prevent that, just stop by local supermarket and pick up some bottled water and vinegar (I would just google how to make homemade vaginal douche solution for the proper proportions).

Now taking some time off. It has been a fucking fantastic 12 months!

    Nairobi trip starting now.

    Hi,

Am going to be in Nairobi this Sunday onwards. What are the preferred places for weekend action?

Fortunately, have been able to line up a couple of interesting ones' from a dating site. Shall share FR. On how that works out'.

Some are expecting gifts and such'. Oh well.

Now here's the rub. Have been booked by someone local at Jacaranda Hotel around Westlands area which I understand has a fairly buzzing neighborhood.

Is this hotel a girl friendly place? And does it need to register the girl's I'd at reception before taking to the room?

There is a post there on another Hotel that recommends it. So its valid for all hotels? And is there an extra charge for that. Please advise.

Feel free to PM me if you can suggest someone specific. As its a short trip. And happy to catch up for a beer. Share notes and travels.

    Cheers!

    1. I'm staying at a friend's (who is NOT a fellow monger) so am looking for outcall. Is it safe. The escort services online?

    2. Are there establishments like those in SE Asia instead of the club scene? The ones you go in and just pick a girl instead of having to go through the drink-buying and dancing and negotiating?

    Thanks in advance.
Helya, we've all been newbies once upon a time : no need to apologize!

    To your questions :

    1. I suppose you mean "incalls" (where you go to the girl's place ).

    2. Yes, there are plenty of those. Check the internet for Adult Massage or Erotic Massage, or simply hop into a cab and ask the driver to take you to the most upscale place he knows (or the cheapest, if that is your preference ).

Hev fun + report to us afterward, please.
