In response to my inquiry below, thank you to those of you who truly understood my reason to post my question on this board and offered HELPFUL advise. To those other responses below, my original thought was to just ignore. But I thought I would clarify a few things as to the purpose of my post.

First, I think those that provided helpful information understood my reason for describing my girlfriend as a "tall, hot, blonde" in the CONTEXT OF SAFETY IN MEDELLIN. For those that don't understand and think I was 'boasting', let me break it down for you:

A few other clarifications:

1. We are not "swingers". We don't swap. We both like having sex with other women only. And although that is available somewhat in the US, for a man that is 40+ and a woman that is 30+ to find another girl as a "couple" for sex who is in her 20s, it is difficult. From my experence the Casas have many Chicas who are Bi. You could bring hot photos of your Novia with you into the Casas. Pick a girl you like or ask the boss who likes what you are looking for. Like Miquel61 said, you would be very comfortable in either Casa Blanca 1 or 2. Last year (4/11) I stayed at CB 2 and there was a couple staying at CB 1 and they were doing exactly what you want to do. The ladies come every afternoon to CB 1 and you do your shopping there. The ladies (for rent) are young and good looking plus you party in the afternoon (and sometimes well into the evening for nothing) , you only pay for the private entertainment. For a couple hours w / a CB hottie it's 150, 000p, TLN 300, 000p ($150/300). These ladies are somewhat screened (by CB) to be honest and respectful, it is a very safe method of operation for the monger.

Of course the Casa Blanca Hotel is in Poblado and that is a very upscale Medellin area. Your blonde would not stand out in Poblado. 1 out of 3 women walking around there are DDG. The Poblado area is huge much like any very upscale neighborhood w / lots of commerce in the USA. Your blonde would feel comfortable walking around there on her own. As far as El Centro goes I think the both of you would be fine in the daytime and the EC is an interesting area, I like Parque Boliviar area and also the Botero Plaza w / museum is in the same area.
