Tigher control? Maybe. There are now fewer street girls, majority of them are going indoors. There are tons of pimps on the streets. They asked 100S$ for 50min or 1hour, but easily agreed for 80S$ for 40min. But in similar places with Chinese PRC girls they did not agree for less than 100S$.
