I'm planning a trip to Medellin and was planning on staying at Il Castillo. When I went to their website, they are Hotel Casa Blanca now. What happened? New management? Were they bought out? Is Boyd there anymore? Have the policies changed, is it still a good place to go?

I was in Mansion many weeks ago. It is much better place now when it has a bar. Before action stopped around 8, now there are girls available whole night, depending little of which week day it is.

I did not take any girls from Dolce Face or Mayorista although I visited them, because Mansion girls had always pumped me dry already.

In the morning there are no girls available, so better collect some phone numbers and call girl by yourself if you want morning action.

What does this mean? I'm in downtown Medellin now and there are a few bars close by but I don't want to just go up to one of the waitresses and proposition her without knowing that she's available.

Can any of you pros clarify this for me? Feel free to pm me if you prefer.

I give props to the guys who have the balls to hang out in el centro at night. That place is fucking raw. The place is crawling with crackhead zombies, transvestites, gays, thieves, shady looking cops, and girls of questionable ages. And I thought mexico was raw. Mexico is like disneyland compared to Colombia, almost. Number one word of advice if you ever find yourself in mde el centro at night, don't make eye contact with anybody if you can help it, unless it's a hot chick. Even then you better look close enough to make sure she's not a tranny.

I went to check the mayorista scene last weekend. I had to do it if for nothing else just to be able to say I'd been there. It was awkward for me because I was alone and didn't feel like drinking there so I basically just walked back and forth checking out the chicks until I decided on one. She was kind of thick but pretty young face. I'd give her maybe a 6. Service about a 6. I doubt I'll go back there without some colombiano buddies. But then I don't know if I'd want to associate with any colombians who would hang out in a raunchy place like that, LOL!

Ricker, what "hooker bars" are you referring to, if you don't mind me asking? The strip clubs or those billares sports bar places? Or is this a read between the lines, figure it out yourself kind of deal? Either way it's cool.

jinx, i don't know what brasil was talking about, but if you are planning to immediately assume a waitress is a prostitute, i think that's just bad manners. it makes you look bad, it makes foreigners look bad in general.

assuming you speak spanish, just talk to her and see if you get along. if there is any chemistry, you can ask her when she gets off or something like that, just like you would do in your home country.

if you don't speak spanish, you probably need to get out of the bars in el centro, find some real casas.

I immediately go to the local bar / kiosk area and find me a sweet sardina. I make eye contact and smile, she smiles back. I call her over from the crowd and she comes still smiling. I tell her what I want and she agrees to my offered 20k. She resisted at first coming to my hotel and wanted to go to one of the cheap run down hotels where all the working girls and local men go to. Since my hotel is near, she accepted. What a body this girl has! Firm. Firm with small waist and perky small breast barely enough to fit in my mouth. I tried. LOL.

Lately, it seems to go down in a hurry both in quality and quantity. For newbies to Medellin, it might still be an interesting place to come as if it were a new experience to you. For the vets, IMHO, only Friday night offers you the best selection of chicas if you are free from noviamigas and the likes for one night. That is my observation of the Mayo scene during the last few trips. At any rate,

Saturday nights are still very active but it gets going later (closer to midnight) because the bars there close later on Saturdays.
