Travelling to Pattaya in a few weeks. Dilemma between Hotel Secrets & Hotel Green View. Any pointers would help.

There were just posts on that a month or two ago. You can buy them from street vendors on Beach Road between the Subway restaurant and the entrance to Walking Street. Just walk along there (on the side with the shops, not the beach) and look carefully at what some of the people with small tables full of stuff are selling. You'll usually find a bit of porn and sex toys mixed in there.

Sex toys are illegal in Thailand apparently, but now the Pattaya police will have plenty of them to enjoy for their own use and enjoymemt.

Any info on places to buy in Pattaya? I guess I can go see if this place opened back up yet. I know you can buy on the street in Bangkok but I'll be in Pattaya first.

2. What would be best option to go to for early evening session? The beach road or massage parlours or some pick up joint? Which one?

3. If you would like to sample a wake up call how would you go about booking it? Talk to girls in clubs and get their number etc? Ask Massage parlour for booking?

2) Soi 6 at 5 pm is pretty good. Walk from WS along Beach Road (BR) to / from Soi 6 and you can pick a girl for pre or post Soi 6.

3) After midnight get a freelancer (FL) from BR, WS or a disco (Marine, Insomnia, Mixx.) for long time so that when you wake in the morning you have a gal for a morning delight.

Holy shit! I've lived here for 4 years; security is good; there has been no crime that I know of; and now a MURDER! Man, I'm going to be super careful about bringing strange girls to my room from now on. Yeah, I'll take them to that guest house above Sweethearts a-go-go on Walking Street. But I almost forgot; there was a murder there as well only 2 weeks ago. No place is safe around here. Pattaya. This place is getting dangerous!

For such a short stay does it really matter? I think you have to settle on one or the other though, noise or near the action. I usually stay a baht bus ride away from the action so I don't have to deal with the noise. Still, it's nothing like Phnom Penh or HCMC.

Beach Road really gets going around 8 pm. If I was in a hurry, I'd probably take a look there then head over to the dozens of short time shacks on Soi 6 if I didn't find something I liked.

You could arrange something with a girl you meet anywhere, or take out for LT. But if you want GUARANTEED service (a lot of girls won't show up, will show up late, etc) you might want to set up something in advance at a place like Devil's Den.

I have never sampled Pattaya so would like to check it for 24 hours during my next trip. I am not a big beach fan so just want to visit it once and check out the action venues.

I plan to leave Bangkok around 1 PM and take a cab. Would love to an early evening session around 4/5 PM (may be massage, FS / CIM) and then stroll on the Beach before checking out some clubs and such for picking up hotties.

Can anyone please spare a few seconds and let meknow the following quickly?

There are plenty. Pricing depends on the venue far more than the girl quality. The exact same girl would ask for 500-600 baht on Beach Road (if you see her around there) .800-1000 baht in Walking Street, and 1000-2000 in a disco or agogo.

Just back in the UK after my visit, here are my parting thoughts. The Russians are there in even bigger numbers than my last visit in October, the Indians have now also arrived in large numbers. The LK Empress where I stayed had lots of both staying there with only a small number of Europeans and Americans etc. Beach road was busy with lots of girls most times of the day.

The best place to hang out was Soi Lenkee and Soi Buakhow this area seemed to be for the "old Pattaya crowd" such as Brits, Aussies, Yanks. Weather was very good, only had one very small shower and plenty of sunshine and will get better over the next few weeks. Paid a visit to Jomtien been a couple of years since I was last there, has improved and grown dramatically I would even consider staying there now or buying a condo.

Walking street is definitely more tourist orientated than it used to be not as good for our hobby. I would still recommend Pattaya as the best single mans holiday destination.
