Had the opportunity to spend a week in Angeles City and It surpassed any experience I have had in any other location.

Date in Asia:

I joined this web site about two weeks before my trip, my personal opinion is that it may have some use if you are visiting a place that is not as developed in P4P as Angels is, but if you are going to visit Angeles there no need for DIA.

Singapore Airlines:

The flight is LONG I mean LONG but Singapore Airlines is top notch. The stewardesses look like models strait off the run way and they feed you like a king I must have been served eight meals in the thirty hour flight with snacks and drinks in between, free moves, games etc. To keep you occupied.

Airport:

The airport both coming and going can be a bit confusing perhaps a little more so than any other airports I have been to, but it is manageable. I opted for the airport pick up and drop off from the hotel. Cost is 2700 pesos or around $60. There is a bus service that I read about which is much cheaper but being my first time I thought it best to use the hotel pick up, I am glad that I did. Being my first time and going alone taking the bus may have immersed me into Philippine culture before I was ready.

Angeles City:

The place has the same third world feel and look as Sosua, Puerto Plata, and gringo gulch in San Jose or the Zone in Tijuana, only it's slightly more rugged and third world than these other places, but manageable. The monger area is quite compact consisting of basically one street Perimeter which turns into fields which becomes walking street with both Raymond and Santos street jutting off from Fields. http://www.acmap.com/main.asp The place from Perimeter to Fields and walking street can be walked and I did it several times. The bars on Perimeter are open in the early afternoon and generally close in the early evening. The bars along fields open in the later evening and stay open until the wee hours of the night. There are hawksters along fields and walking street just like in front of the Del Ray in CR or in the zone in Tijuana. The hawksters were offering to sell everything from watches, belts, boot lag movies, Viagra, knives and even stun guns. The streets were always chock full of trikes, cars, people walking and the traffic was probably the most dangerous I have experienced thus far, but again manageable. I mostly walked so didn't use many trikes and never had the occasion to try the jeepnys. For a trike ride around fields its about 50 pesos to go from fields to perimeter about 100 pesos. I never made it to SM mall and only went to Jollybees one time so can't give much information on them. I felt relatively safe and was never in fear of any possible crime, but at night I never left fields walking street or Raymond and Santos.

Hotel:

On the advice of Funman13 I decide to stay at the Loretta_Apartelle http://www.balibago.org/balibago_hot..._Apartelle.php This turned out to be a good recommendation and I was pleased with the place. 1300 pesos a night good wife, air-conditioning and in a great location just a few paces off of Fields avenue on Teodero. I was never hassled about the women I brought back to the hotel, there was no I'd check and I could bring in as many women as I wanted, did several doubles and even did a triple once and not a word was said when I would walk up with two or even three women at a time.

Money:

Everything works in Pesos you will have to exchange your dollars, surprisingly I got a good exchange rate at the arrivals section in the airport. Once you pick up your luggage and pass through immigration there will be money changers before you exit and they gave me a very good exchange rate. Across the street from the Loretta Apartelle hotel in Angeles is Norma's money exchange were I also got a very good exchange rate.

Picking up off the Street:

I know this is considered a big sin on many of the boards but I picked up off the street several times. There are women walking all along fields and walking street and Raymond and Santos mainly at night but also during the day. If I saw someone I thought was attractive I would approach her. Generally I would try to make eye contact as I passed or walked next to them or simply say Hi as I passed. Only about one in four would respond, either they weren't into me or my kamikaze approach was all wrong or they were bar girls coming or going to work (bar girls are fined if they are caught going with customers outside of work) or they simply weren't P4P girls and didn't want to be seen being picked up off of the street. I thought many of the women were very cute all seemed to be between 18 and 21, price was 700 pesos for short time, about two hours. These places are open 24 hours. I personally found the short time girls on Raymond street to be generally better looking than the girls on Santos street so I never tried any of the Santos street girls, but always seen one or two cuties that were definitely doable. You will also find Cuba Cuba bar and casino on this street. They have some extremely attractive waitresses and gust relation girls that are available after their shift ends. Met up with Travelman while I was in Angeles and he pulled a very hot waitress for a long time session (all night) from Cuba Cuba.

Bars:

But personally I thought the hottest girls where in the Blue Nile but I could also find a few hot girls in just about every bar that I looked at. The girls dancing, the waitresses and the door girls are all available for bar fining and I bar fined several door girls as well as dancers. On the boards and the web sites its often called early work release, but when I used that term in the bars no one seemed to know what I was talking about, when I used the term bar fine they all knew what I was talking about. Had some great long time sessions with many of these girls and many of them treat you like you are the love of their life, a constant response I would get when I asked them what they wanted to do was 'up to you, you the boss' They cuddle up to you at night walk next to you holding your hand and will lay in bed and rest there head on your shoulder while the two of you watch TV or surf the net. It would be very easy to lose your heart to one of these girls. I only had two runners of my choice. Once after being with a girl few hours I decided I wanted to sample other women and was tired of doubles so I let her go after a couple sessions, another 18 year old bar girl I made the mistake of not fully interviewing. High Society has many working girls there and I picked up a super hottie 18 year old on my last night, who turned out to be one of my best sessions. The problem with High Society is often it's hard to tell which girls are available and which ones have already been bar fined and are there with their date for the night, going up and propositioning one who has already been bar fined for the night might cause and uncomfortable situation.

Final Thoughts:

Angels City was much better than any place I have been to in Latin America or the Caribbean. I am writing this report right now from Sosua which prior to going to AC was my favorite place, now I think Sosua is just a distant second to Angeles City. If AC is an example of Asian mongering then Asian mongering is far superior to Latin American or Caribbean mongering. I thought the girls in AC were hot with many super hotties the quantity of working girls is greater than Sosua, BB, SJ, and Tijuana, the quality of GFE is 1000 times better than anything I experienced in any other place I have been to.

On another note, just about anywhere I have mongered 75 to 90% or higher of the working girls are single moms and 99% of them had their kids from the local guys. The percent of working girls with kids is the same in AC but what was surprising is the number of working girls who had kids by mongers. I would say 40 to 50% of the working girls in AC had their first kid from a monger, either European, Australian or American and these mongers aren't supporting their kids just left them, (I don't know how you sleep at night) I was also surprised when I asked the age of the mongers who got them pregnant, many said were in the 50s and 60s.

This probably goes to the above paragraph but I took an unopened box of 40 condoms with me to AC, I came home with an unopened box of 40 condoms.

Went at end of November, planning to spend 2 days in AC. 2 in Manila and 2 in Cebu. Arrived at 01. 35 flight from BKK and picked up by hotel car (Pacific Breeze). Went out straight away had a couple of beers and started looking around for some company. I walked along Fields, and around Teodoro Street made eye contact with a likely candidate, though was just dresed in tee shirt and jeans. Did the deal at 1500 LT and back to hotel. She told me she was not a regular, just needed to pay electricity bill. She was really nice girl, and fun too. She left in the morning and I invited her back that night for dinner. ATM. Keep walking past the BBQ on your right and there is an ATM on the right, set back a few feet, next to a bar entrance (can t remember name but its red)

Transport. Used the motor trikes but only with the girls giving directions. PB to SM mall = 100p.

Trouble. Didn t find or see any. Just take care. Don t carry much cash, and only carry card for ATM in daylight. Lock everything valuable in hotel safe. Don t flash money or fancy watch or fancy phone or fancy anything else. Just take care and have fun!

Left AC January second week. Now back home, and headed Pattaya beg February. Just a few parting thoughts.

Before leaving Pattaya decided read the last ISG 1000 posts (over 600 pages total). Learned nothing special. Most stuff I learned on my own, and have been going here since 1999. OK, here are my stats, posted in the most readable way possible.

DIA gals: Attempted to contact, three. Successful encounters: zero. One gal almost showed up but canceled the last minute. I have never had luck with DIA Gals. Refuse to put my pic there, so that could be it.

Total time in AC: About 2. 5 weeks.

Number of bar fines: One, Lancelot (1900 p). Was it worth it? No.

Number of women: Had one or two gals a day. Closer to the one side. One day took a rest.

Number of LDs bought: Just over a handful.

Number of sneakout attempts: Five. Number successful: One.

Recommended Bars: The perimeter bars are very nice. Have great gals. Recall EWR in the 1200 - 1500 peso range. If you must pay EWRs go to them !!

Number of financial dealings with touts: Zero.

Number of times I gave money to beggars: Three times. Old ladies w / o babies and away from Fields.

Health problems: Every time I head to AC I get what I call the AC crud. It is just the runny nose, sore throat, etc. Get run down. Due to all the pollution. Same thing happened this trip, and I still have it. Still can't get past that one.

Price for Cialis: 130 baht for a box of four. Go to a money changer, north of Marg Station but not as far as the intersection. There is a Vit V and Vit C box in the window. She wanted 150, which I know a good price. If you get quantity she will go to 140 and 130 pesos.

Where did I get my gals: Few from Raymos, Santos. (OK, arguably a bar fine of 700 for ST, but I do not consider this as really BFing, and no drinks / LDs at all.) Mostly I just go from the Street Action. Right on and around Field's Ave. Here is my technique, in logical order.

1. Smile. This is where your lips go up, you look happy, and . . . Oh forget it. Many of you reading this will never understand the concept.

2. As walking past gal, raise hand for a high-5 or low-5 (note: do not raise hand to attempt to strike gal because . . . Oh never mind.)

3. Repeat after me in this order. "Hi." "I love you." "What bar you work at?"

4. Ask gal a few questions about her bar, just to verify that she really does work at bar. "When your day off?"

5. "You go with me." (if ans 'not now', get her cell phone)

Most important is that you need to know how to play with them. Not look threatening. Humor helps. Personally I am in my 40s and do take care of myself physically, and these factors are in my favor. I got them figure 5 to 6 PM, and after 11:PM. Often took them to Jollee, McDs, Marg Station, or wherever. Have taken as many as four gal, and gotten all their phone numbers for later. Of course, whenever we go anywhere, I pay for everything.

Tho I take pride in being King Cheep Charlie, I have no problems giving gals presents, food, etc.

Amount paid: 1000 for ST. 1500 for LT. May give an extra 100 for travel.

Best gal: This is difficult to answer. Will say the one I LIKED the best however, and not the one with the best body. She worked at a place you cannot bar fine for a million pesos or even a million dollars. She works JJ's. Yes, a "real" gal who I could actually have a conversion with, a brain, and was amazing in the sack (and no, do not ask for her cell). I found her as she was going to work. I have absolute respect for her, as not a bar gal, and she was super horny.

Place wanted to go but never did: High Society. Where the gals FL gals supposedly go after 11:30. OK, once I went inside there, but it was too early and with a gal and place was pretty dead. Second time almost made it there, but there a 100 pesos cover charge, and was just not in the mood. Just grabbed gal on the street. Please if possible give reports on this place !

Diamond Subdivision (or whatever it's called): Never made it there. Perhaps next time.

Biggest WTF moment: When I found out one gal I had was a regular BF gal (BF at 1900 pesos) and a spotlight gal (BF at 3000) on different days . . . at the same bar. It's all in the packaging.

Hotels: Back the year 2000 I paid 500 to 600 pesos for a reasonable room. Inflation, I get it. However, when I hear of hotels charging buckets of cash in USDs and getting away with it, no wonder prices skyrocketing. Recommend hotels ONLY UNDER 1500 pesos. Yes they are around. And feel free to use shoe leather to find them. There are also plenty of apartments which you can rent monthly in the 1300 to 1500 peso range. Not difficult to find (and do not PM me on this, your PM will be deleted!)

Biggest frustration: Went to the post office to ship vitamins home. Supervisor of post office "We need original receipts." Eyes rolling back of the head: "Fine." Supervisor: "We also need prescription." Popper: "WHAT!" We got into a big argument. These were Kirkland Vitamins (Costco). Vitamin C, B, Calcium, Magnesium, and Amino Acids. Stated clearly as possible that vitamins need no prescription, and that a child could buy them in any vitamin store at SM Mall. She was a dense as a TSA agent or Fox News viewer. Argument was insane. She then insisted that I go to a doctor to get a prescription. I told her no self-respecting would give a prescription for these than a prescription for Oreo cookies.

* I found out later that Philippines doctors will give a prescription for vitamins. Or for that matter for Oreo Cookies . . . for about 200 pesos.

Anyway, resolved this by going to the other post office at the Medical center which is just over the bridge.

Cool item bought: A brand new second hand Sony-Ericsson k800i, which was I think made about 2008 for 1000 pesos (if interested in pic google it). Well, it newer than my other Sony-Ericsson cell anyway. Got it across the street from Nepo Mall and has a 3. 5 million px camera.

Here is a pic of a real cutie I had. She 20 years old with a third grade education. Drove me frigging nuts, w/ her texting me like 15 times a day. Good grief.
