For bad blood in business, well, in the business of bars, most of the guys are borrowing at super-high interest, from money lenders, who sometimes become business partners, and I have seen enough where when the money lender passes away, all loans are written off, as per the borrower, and the borrower will go to sleep without a worry in the world, since, at 30 % interest a month, he / she will swear the original loan has been paid back many times over.

Don't know if this is new or not, but did confirm this by going upstairs one night, asking a couple of them if they were going downstairs.
