As a well-traveled monger, Cambodia is at the bottom of my list for sex, like you said. While I haven't spend years in the Philippines, I would place it 2nd behind Thailland.

The advantage of Cambodia for the frequent / long-term visitor / ex-pat is the price and the wild-west feeling. In my opinion, you can't live much cheaper while having a nice place to live, good food, and a young dollar-starved hottie as your live-in. The only real expense is electricity at 25 cents per KwHr. Of course, the same is possible in Thai and Plillippines with a bit more money and effort.

As the previous poster mentioned you may be in for a shock and a world of pain if you take a girl home from a hostess bar and try to send her on her way with no money after doing the deed.
