Looks wise, I should say that the Windmill girls hold up quite well. Not the quality of one of the better clubs in town but then again you are not getting the attitude either. Think it is only The Windmill that has a two tiered Barfines system at 700 st and 1000 long. To be fair, the girl only asked 2k LT (1k st) and actually stayed until morning.

What's Up has a two tiered barfine system too. It is designed a little different than the one in Windmill. At What's Up, barfines before 12:30am are 2000bt. After 12:30am the barfine is 1000bt. This system is designed to keep the girls in the bar until after midnight and it works. The result is that punters spend more on drinks waiting for the magic moment and the place is really lively and happening most of the evening unlike a lot of other Go Go's that see a lot of girls disappear early. In fact, What's Up is at its best and busiest from around 11pm to 12:30am. I hate this barfine pricing structure, but what can I do, What's Up has some of the best looking girls in any Go Go in Pattaya or all of LOS for that matter. I have a favorite girl in What's Up and believe me she is a stunner. I have barfined her many times and spent many afternoons with her. It is all very GFE. We have a deal. If I want to see her on a particular evening I just call her in the afternoon and tell her I want her that night. Currently the girls seen to be taking advantage of the sandbags that are on the edge of the beach walk to sit down but these are only there during construction and, I am sure, will soon be removed. Pataya BF now goes up to 1000BHT? Wow! In Bangkok be it ST or LT, BF is unified in all bars at 600 BHT only.

In the past, in my Memory Pataya always stay the lowest as compare to Bangkok, be it LT or ST. I wonder how much they charge now? My last visit way back 4 years ago in Pataya, I pay 3500bht but I know that is way high for LT as I like the girl, so I just give it. But in my last trip few months ago to BKK, the LT still at 4000 BHT and ST at 2000 bht.

I don't like bars and every night I am at Beach Road. There are many many girls here after the 8:00 pm but it is hard to find a very beautiful girl.
