I will be in Bahrain in 3 weeks and will be staying at The K Hotel, not far from the Navy base where I will be doing some business with my employer.

You may be lucky at one of the bars in the Ritz, but they are likely to be very expensive, due to the usual clientele. Just round the corner is Trader Vics. You might pick something up there, but there are many non-Wg's who frequent the place.

If you want a definite score, you'd be better off getting a taxi to Juffair or to Hoora. RTFF for specific hotels and venues. The information is all there.

I was at the Sheraton 2 years ago. Their security had no use for people coming in from outside the hotel. You might be able to get a girl from inside the hotel bar-but there are usually only a couple of Chinese girls at the bar-no more.

Yes Holyday Inn Express is green. You may park and access to your room without anybody asking. Read my previous report posted around May.
