But in my recent visit to Thai, I find the quality has come down drastically in BKK. But PTY is still heaven and Soi 6 seems to be better than the Walking Street.

What you say is true I agree for sure, But Pattaya and Bangkok can never be compared with India. In Hindustan nothing which is on ISG is legal, all the mentioned activities are illegal.
