You need to read "The Millionaire Next Door" my friend. You'd be surprised at how many of the folks who portray themselves to be "high rollers" are actually leveraged to the hilt ("Big hat, no cattle") , LOL!

This is an enlightening read for many.

When I arrived in Costa Rica 9 years ago I was surprised to find that the majority of foreigners were struggling to get by and / or living off of a very fixed income. I was expecting to find more wealthy men and men with jobs that permitted them to live where they wanted. I had to ask myself, where are the wealthy single men living? Don't these entitled, single men want to get laid regularly as a top priority? The answer is no.

There are a few things that most men in this position are looking for IMO.

First, they are looking for an educated population of people to live with. Where educated people live things operate and function faster and more efficiently than in places where less educated live. There is less stress and more ease in living daily life.

Second, they are looking for things to spend their money on that increase their quality of life. These things range from general entertainment to better quality health care.

Third, they are looking for a safe place to live.

There are very few, if any, top mongering destinations that can meet most or all of this criteria. Over the years I have met many men who are wealthy and live abroad. Although they find my stories about the girls intriguing it is not on many of their priority lists.

I hope this sheds a light on this for some of you.

The US does want tourists to visit and spend money. I recently learned that the US routinely grants visas to tourists from a very poor third-world country about 66% of the applications. Only a third was denied visas. That's a pretty high acceptance rate.

State department has a few criteria to deny visas:

US State Department really tries, but occasionally smugglers, spies, criminals and unemployed hot young girls can still get in the US to do what they want. So go figure.

It is always difficult for me, each time I enter USA, to refrain from laughing out loudly in front of the immigration officer, when I present my ESTA declaration where I officially undersign, among various declarations:

Are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities?
NO

Did anybody in the history ever answered YES to this question? What was the reaction of the immigration officer?
And, last but not least, who is the genius who conceived such profound questions to establish prerequisites to enter USA?

PS: during my last visit to USA, I actually had sex with a married lady, but it was not P4P. Does this qualify as "immoral"? I confess that yes, I always hope and aim to do such things, on all my visits. Am I guilty of false declaration?

Visa stamps in your passport showing you visit other countries and 20 million cop or more in a bank account trumps your name on real property and a steady job when it comes to getting a tourist visa.

I know a colombiana that owned a home had a decent paying job for over two years and still got denied. She said they asked her how much money she had in her bank account and she told them 800, 000 cop. Her visa was denied.

Tourist visas are given so people can come to the US and spend money that is the bottom line. No money. No visa.

1. Persons who may commit terrorists acts, physical violence or other crimes in the US.

2. Persons with little stability in their own country, jobs, houses, physical assets, bank accounts, family ties etc. that may induce them to stay and hide in the US.

3. Convicted criminals or persons associated with drugs, gun, [CodeWord908], or with criminal backgrounds.

4. Persons suspected to engage in military or industrial espionage.

I know a few execs from a specific country who have again and again been denied tourist, trade or conference visas, because somehow the US knows they have been copying proprietary product designs and production processes, stealing intellectual properties, violating patents rights of Western countries.

Or she might have been able to show she had enough reasons to return. I think a few years back somebody said she bought a bunch of land (that's a ton of dates!) so a mortgage or a deed would be enough for a tourist visa no?

Or maybe she decided to do porn and is going to do bang bros! If that happens watch out! No more $200-$350 for a date, You'll see her up on TLC or Eros for $1200! Doing stirp tours! LOL!

But most casas do that for all girls or a few girls you like, if you request. It would be good idea to ask mamasan for an additional presentation.

I like what Blue Room does when they finish the one on one introductions they all come back out in a line and give you a second look, smart.

The casa was on the 2nd floor in a commercial bldg to the north west of prado station. There is a small restaurant below the casa. But I think the casa is not there anymore.

I tried again today and I got pissed off. Calle 57 turns into 50a right when it hits Bolivar. I asked a few people and they all sent me in different directions. Even a street sweeper with a map on his lanyard couldn't tell me where it was. Sorry.

The prices for Lindas Chicas that I was quoted was to include the room as well.

I totally agree with repeating at casas. I just got my world rocked by a repeat. She went to town on DATY and DFK and BBBJ. Couldn't have asked for a better session. No amount was discussed but I gave her a 10K tip. No real complaints.

By the way Parque Periodista has been taken over by the cops for two nights in a row now. I didn't see one for two weeks then all of a sudden they are coming down hard on the sellers. Be Careful

Just toured with JP after a year since our first tour to what I consider to be the best three when it comes to location and girls and without a doubt Energy consistently has a solid lineup with 15 girls and JP took the cleanup hitter named Angelica for a walk-off home run. We left there and went to Blue Room which had 10 girls and a couple winners followed by Abydos which changed there business card to just a picture and address no name. They also had 10 girls of which 2 or 3 were good. I like what Blue Room does when they finish the one on one introductions they all come back out in a line and give you a second look, smart. I have two guys from Jersey coming in for the Super Bowl weekend and tell me they want to jump in the pool after being in the freezing winter storms. Thank You Ricker. Yes your addreess was exactly correct. I'd only like to add that it is located on Carerra 54 which is very uncommon for a casa. The building is an acqua green colored two story hotel with a beach umbrella on the balcony. You can't miss it since it is located in an otherwise blue collar industrial area with auto service shops.

PS. WT69 I go blank when casas quote me hourly prices since I don't do them. However I somewhat remember hourly rates at 37K / 30 min casas being around 60K. I don't think they automatically double the 30 minute rate. I'd say an increase of 2/3 would be more common. Average? Roughly 60 or the most 70K.
