Well, I hit Felinas today, Sat 4/12/14. Did several sessions with Wendy. I told her I could see her next Friday. She said Felinas would be closed next Friday, due to the Santa Muerte day, or something like that. I guess they pay homage to Santa Muerte. Some mongers here will be familiar with what that's all about.

Anyway, as I was leaving I saw the owner of Felinas, and she told me they would be open next Friday. Uhmmm, so if I hit Felinas next Friday, it should be open, but Wendy won't be there. Uhmmmm The owner was talking to a hot looking babe, and this babe asked me what time I would be there next Friday. I told her. I think this hot looking babe plans on being there, to earn some of my money. Uhmmmm. This could be interesting. I'll post a report if anything comes of it.

The taxi driver who drove me back to the bridge was Miguel, same driver I've had the last 2 times. He has a rubber chicken on his dash. I think he's friends with the owner of Felinas. He was asking me about Jenny. He said she's skinny, and good looking. He speaks in broken English, so I couldn't tell everything he was saying. The hot looking chick I saw the owner talking to, was driving a white Lincoln Navigator, about a 2013 model. I think this is Jenny, but not positive. Anyway, I'll report back if I bang this babe.

On my previous post, I meant to say that they did not hit Sirenas. Uhm, I wonder why they did NOT hit Sirenas, when Sirenas is just 2 blocks down from El Encanto.

Thinking about the possibility of paying another visit to El Paso maybe next month or so. Visited Serena last year and was really impressed by the chicas there, probably the best I have ever visited. As I remember they are reported closed earlier this year, are they still close now?

When they started tearing downtown up, they talked of making a zona de tolerencia (boystown) in Juarez, but I don't think it actually happened.

For many years the area across the river and west of Juarez Ave. Was boys town. There were dozens of strip bars and brothels in the area. My understanding is that they tore it down to build a casino because crime was too high in the area. There was a number a crack houses and burrito stands that sold drugs. The drug war started and everything seems to have come to a halt leaving lots of open area. Used to see lots of articles about how that when they tore everything out the girls moved out into regular neighborhoods. I. E. massage parlors. Just another example of government not having any foresight as to the consequences of their actions.

They do have zones where prostitution is legal such as the "Boystown"s in some cities like laredo. I thought there was a zone in Juarez where it is legal, but not sure where that might be. Can anyone enlighten us on this?

Massage Parlors are legal. Prostitution is illegal. The girls working in then are supposed to have a certificate saying they are competent, and healthy. You will note the reasons given for the closings, girls not having the proper credentials and or health cards, the parlor not having proper license to operate, people caught in the act having sex. Those are the majority of the reasons given, the real reasons we'll just have to speculate on.
