As mentioned I think the location is great, Annie's Massage is right across the street, Soi 4 with Nana Plaza is about a 5 minute walk.

The room is quite large, nice modern bathroom with separate bathtub and walk in shower, flat screen tv, in-room safe, mini bar, etc. Girl friendly (as expected) , I took two girls back to my room with no issues. IDs will be collected by the front desk.

    Absolutely recommended!
Thanks for this report, and thanks to the others, especially those comparing both the M Suites and the M Grande. I have stayed at the Suites and while I found it perfectly suitable if a bit small, I have booked the M Grande for my upcoming trip this summer. Primary reason is I am looking for a tad more room and comfort while lounging with local ladies in my room. Looking forward to it!

Yep, I always book the room double occupancy, for which there is no additional charge. I have taken two girls to my room many times. I've even had calls from the front desk asking me if it was okay to send up my two guests. I've never paid a joiner fee.

Likewise, I've never understood the "walk of shame." The hotel staff certainly know what's going on. They've seen it all. My guest(s) and I have badly spoiled bed linen only to have the maid, upon seeing me in the hall, smile and say, "bed good now." Hell, a couple of years ago I fucked the maid in my room, after which she changed the sheets and made up the bed. Why be ashamed of what you're doing. The hotel is happy to have you as a guest. The ladies are happy to have you as a customer. If you're staying around lower Suk the other guests know the neighborhood. If one of them has a problem with what you're doing, well that guest has a problem. Which needn't be your problem.

You can do as you wish.

I hire a room with double bed. I have never ever paid guest joiner fees. I object to paying commissions on extra girls in the room. Its not a religion, but I don't see its any of the Hotel's business, whether I take one girl or two to the room. I don't inform them if the girl (s) will be there for 10 mins. 2 hours or several hours. I pay for a double room, I get double bed, towels for 2 and breakfast for 2 (sometimes).

In cowboy I don't use Penny Black ST Hotel when I have two girls, as they want to jack up the price of the room significantly. A small hike for the extra towel makes sense, maybe 50 baht, that's all.

Anyway, Admiral Premier did not object when I showed with 3 girls, and they were not wondering what time the girls would leave. Obviously sleeping 4 in the bed would be difficult. There was no need to present my credit card.

    Centre Point Hotel, Terminal21

    Gentlemen,

I am planning a four day trip next month, play a little golf and enjoy some of Bangkok's delicacies. I was wondering if anyone had stayed at the Certre Point, Terminal 21 and your thoughts.

I liked the Westin, great location and can get a good price, but when you add the daily internet charge it's not such a good deal.

    TIA.

    Majestic Suites and Majestic Grande

Just want to comment that Majestic Grande is the nicer hotel as has been mentioned. Majestic Grande is a little farther walk like a minute from Nana. It is easier to get in and out of a cab there since it has a driveway where as Majestic Suites is right on Sukhumvit and can be a pain sometimes unloading and loading if you are going to or coming from airport, but it's Bangkok so not a real big deal. They have to stop on the street to let you out. Both hotels are relatively close and are owned by the same people. It depends also what you want to spend on your hotel and what you want from it. For just the basics and decent bed but small rooms, Majestic Suites is just fine. I think it has great value but haven't been there for a couple of years. At night if you're taking a cab, it's not really a big deal the difference. Both can reach the Skytrain with a little walk. Walking to and from Beer Garden is easier done via Majestic Suites. The Majestic Grande has a great lunch buffet. You can use the Majestic Grande pool and gym as a guest of Majestic Suites.

Not sure if anyone cares, but I asked the iCheck Inn Nana if their hotel was girl friendly.

Not surprisingly they told me that I am welcome to bring a female guest for the night.

So I had a toss up between Tune Asoke and ICheck Inn Nana, and despite Asoke being 500B cheaper, I have decided to go for iCheck for now.

Will probably try Asoke the next time I come over to BKK.

  12. #4526
Yeah. Their own description makes one thing that its highly GF. Even the user reviews said that this hotel is certainly not for families and children.

The decent price and walking distance to BTS Nana make it highly desirable to me.

I think I will try email them as you did and see what reply to they give about bringing in girls.

I already emailed the hotel to inquire about their joiner policy. Any information from forum-members in that respect would be welcome of course.
I will answer my own post about the guest-friendliness of Citypoint Hotel by quoting the email I received from them:

Thank you for sent us the email, we would like to inform you for the third party (joiner) we'll not put extra charge on that even register or not. But one room can stay for two persons if you have more than two we'll charge 400 THB/Night include breakfast with extra mattress.
Perhaps if you tell them you don't really need the extra mattress, they will cut you a bargain when you want a threesome?

On www.booking.com It says "Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel" and "There is no capacity for extra beds in the room". Indeed the rooms are rather small: only 24 mē. Which is 2 mē larger than the rooms at Citypoint Hotel, but less than what I am used at Citadines.
