I do not agree that UP is a dead state. I have on more than one occasions visited places like Lucknow and I know and agree completely that its more of a word by mouth kind of thing. So lets share whatever info we all have.

Its just that ladies in lko are introvert and sp ain't so active.

In UP paid sex is prosecuted equal to murder as you must know so WGs and SPs don't risk their life coming to UP.

But there is no report for Lucknow. Somedays ago, police arrested girls from a guesthouse but they were alleged to be from Delhi. Is there scarcity of girls in Lucknow?

Strike relations with local people and you shall be suprised to find raw talents even. Explore locally that's the buzz word.
