Since you said you are a "local", I simply asked if you had info on the "houses" throughout Nairobi. I mean, taxi info. Really? Yeah they rip us off, ok.

When Africa learns the concepts of business and tourism, (don't rip them off and they will come) , then you could have a paradise here. Kenyatta said "Tourism is on it knees in Kenya". So the answer is to raises prices? Actually, I had a very good lead on the houses, but he is too busy trying to rip me off over another matter. The greed is amazing. Matatus are simple. If you want to pay 800 vs. 30, go right ahead. You never really learn a place, (or have real fun) , unless you can do what the locals do as much as you feel secure with. I don't tell people "Don't or Never".

To be perfectly honest, age doesn't matter at all. After all they are doing it for money and quite often they will suspect middle aged men to have deeper pockets. As long as your are polite and in reasonably good shape, being a silver fox isn't a disadvantage at all!

If this is your first time in Africa, Kenya is definitely a good choice, but if you want a nice and easy experience with women, Mombasa is the better choice than Nairobi. Nairobi prices have been hiked up by expats and wealthy locals and the attitude of the girls in many clubs leaves a lot to be desired. Mombasa is a paradise in comparison.

If you however choose Nairobi, please avoid the likes of F2 completely. Its a waste of time these days. Full of mediocre, aggressive women, mostly fat and of Kikuyu origin. Nothing really you want to spend your night with. Much better to go out to the westlands and hunt there.

Staying in Villa Rosa this time. Not paying out of my private pocket. Arrived yesterday night and wanted to give K1 a try. Wasn't a good night there. The football screening didn't bring a lot of talent in. Very unappetising in fact. Gave up after 30 mins. Given that today is labor day I expected people to be out in masses. So had to make a decision whether I'd go the Black Diamond / Gypsy route or come back to F2.

Wanted to give F2 another chance as I figured it would be crowded. Turned out that assumption was true and I didn't have to look far. Gorgeous girls there last night. Walking about for a few minutes I felt someone grab my neck. Turned out to be the Kikuyu chick from last time. Needed about 15 minutes to get rid of her. Didn't want to be rude but she didn't take the hint so I told her I didn't come for a repeat.

I had my eyes set on 2 prospects and needed to make up my mind. One of them was a waitress, so I figured I just take her number for a rainy day as she won't run away. The other one had a killer body and face and moved very slick on the dance floor. Her dancing alone gave me a hard on. She was about 5 ft 8 with a figure hugging dress, high heels, perfect, cute face. One of the very rare Luhya chicks with a model figure.

Not really if you are new to town, you would have no idea as to what to expect and taxi travel is the main mode of transport. I would definately avoid matatus (minivans packed to the hilt) even though these are cheap, as you could easily get pickpocked or get mugged on the way from the stop to the bar. Kenya has a very high unemployment rate and muggings are common. Travel by taxi, door to door. Much safer.

I wanted to see if there is still anything going on in F2 but found it to be flooded with fatties of mostly Kikuyu origin, bored out of their mind and fighting aggressively over the very limited number of clients. What a poor place this has become. Decided to walk in-house to Pango (F3) to see if there would be anything to be had. Quite a few attractive ladies dancing, but they were spoiled rotten by rich Africans with apparently more money than sense. Eventually hooked up with a girl with a reasonable attitude and body who tried to pass herself off as Maasai. Of course I knew she was Kikuyu. This is mostly a no-go zone for me, but she was reasonably fit, albeit a bit light skin for my taste. I was horny, so took her home anyway and took her raw. It was almost 3am and I knew I had to get up early (7am) , so really wanted to finish quick, but every time I started breathing a little bit heavier she said: Oh no, I don't want you to come now. I obliged for a couple of times, but then after another 15 minutes I just unloaded, after all I'm the one paying. I was going to send her home with 2K, but she was going to make a scene that was very clear. She wanted 10k and I told her to screw herself and send her packing with 4K over which she complained heavily. Definitely not a repeat!

Complete African newbie here throwing myself on the mercy of the forums. Seriously considering an Africa trip. 49yo part-time monger here with more than a passing interest in women of a duskier hue. Want to see some sights, and enjoy some nighttime company. For a newbie, would Mombasa or Nairobi be the correct play? Considering ease of getting around etc. Are all the hotties taking by the younger guys, or are there still ample to go around for us older fiends? Any advice much appreciated and will repay with a comprehensive report when I return.

In the middle of my pre-arrival work ups. Scanning Afro, Tagg, Hi5 and picked out my choices for this trip.

After chatting for days on Whatsapp I get down to biz by setting up dates. Am seeing they are really full of shyt. Using fake pics, pretending to be non-pro, want me to bring phones-really! The nerve of these be*tches! I love when they lie to me with fake pics-any lie really. Because then I can be a real a$$hole and talk to them like a real cheap wh*re. Forum is dead. Did you find a place? The info is not THAT old. You just did not read close enough. What's your budget? If this is your first visit, then do the CBD, any hotel, don't walk at night, go to Simmers and Florida routine. Better yet, go to Mombasa, which seems to be easier for new arrivals.

Not that that's not good info, and I appreciate you, but that's newbie stuff. Where are the secret brothels, LOL! Everybody can tell when the taxi is ripping them off, most transportation mentioned here is about mongers walking around CBD, or cabbing to Westland bars, typically sh500 to 1000 at extreme high end.
After a few visits bus and matatus are kids play, at least for me at this point. Kenya has even announced they will publish a digital map of matatu routes. Im just to lazy to find it online.

I will be in Nairobi early May and I am really looking forward to my visit. I am, however, still somewhat confused about where to stay. I have read the thread trying to find info on girl-friendly places, but the situation appears to be changing and some of the information seems to be outdated.

My question is simple: where do I find a girl-friendly and decent place to stay? Should I look in CBD or in any other parts of the town? Are the hotels like Hilton in CBD a rsaobnable option?

I want to stay at a place that will enable me to bring in girls for the night. I intend to make a reservation for two persons.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I intend, of course, to come back with reports on my experiences.

By the way, the gymkhana, is located very close to Westllands where much of the mongering occurs. So this should give you a rough idea as to how much it costs to get to the central business district from Westlands, and other areas.

Most of the bars, clubs Etc mentioned on this thread either in Westlands or the central business district.
