It has been a long time since I posted here. I have been reading the reports but am a little confused. What is a fair price in BKK for a LT. I normally visit the same bar across the road from Annies Soapy and think I have been paying way too much for a LT.

I will be in BKK next week for 3 days and am limited on funds this trip.

Never see or hear of any racial thing going on in Soi Cowboy. For girls (there is reason to believe some are to young) you go to Crazy House.

Crazy House is not on Soi Cowboy it self but on Soi 23 (just walk to soi 23 and go right after passing Restaurant Old Dutch, you will see it right at the corner).

Girls not attached to a shop / parlour can be dangerous. Like they may rob you or may have some diseases.

I ONLY do girls not attached to the shop / parlour / bars / gogo as I simply not like the setup. I have ofcourse lost counts after globaly fucking FL's for 15/16 years now. They come in thousands by now and never did I have any trouble with unattached girls. And the socalled attached girls and monthly std's testing are easy frauded so I would not relay to much on those results.

I will add I only do FL's (mostly semi pro with normal dayjobs)"attached" to certain nightclubs with very few expectations and stay clear of the low FL market as streetwalkers. It is an all in friendly and fun game to play. Nothing to worry about.

3-Around the hotel and in front also you will have some nice cheaper Girls.

I do, however, give good tips for good service -- that should be the way to get paid more, not dickering in advance.

Mind you, I do tip most of the girls if they performed well, if only to see them smile at me when saying goodbye.

OK, but let's not overstate this. I have NEVER had any problems such as theft with any of the girls I have met. In general I find girls in Thailand to be fun, honest and trusting. And I lock my valuables in the safe.

Sexually transmitted diseases are no respecter of employment status, although I agree that some establishments may require monthly testing. So you know the girls are OK that day... Play safe and you'll be fine.

If you already aware of Bangkok scene, I will suggest you read this forum a bit and have some fun at the usual places like Tulip. But since you asked for LT, these oilies also do provide for LT but would be around 3 K Bahts for a night and she will leave at 6 am. You can try agogos for LT, but better be very very clear about the services you demand and DO NOT pay in advance other than the bar fee. Agogos are more arbitrary than oilies, so while they are very good for the eyes and a few beers, I never take them LT, I always go for ST, in some ST hotel. So remember the cost will be like Drinks + Barfine + ST hotel fine + services fees.

In my many years of mongering, I never found this is the case. If a girl won't perform well for 1000 baht, she won't do a much better job at 3000 baht. If she is intent on providing minimal service, more money won't help, quite the contrary, it'll signal you're an easy mug, and she can get away with doing *less*.

Indeed it only works downwards. A girl that usually goes for 2000 baht will not be a happy puppy when she is now going for 1500 baht, but her service will not improve beyond what she normally does if you give her 3000 baht.

The factor which does occasionally lead to rushed service is bad chemistry -- the girl being uncomfortable and having a bad feeling about you. If you can establish some rapport and ask for a low but non-insulting price nicely, without making the girl feel bad, service will be just fine. After all, she is always free to refuse. Generally, I don't bargain, just state the price around the going rate (lowball). If she's unwilling, maybe raise it by some *nominal* amount +200 baht) if her vibe is good, otherwise just move on.

I think tips will only work if your intention is to do a repeat performance. I don't believe the hope of getting an extra tip for good service will transfer to the next monger. Thailand does not have a "tipping culture". The service level is what it is, it will not improve hoping to get a tip. After all, how can the girl know you will tip her if she goes that extra mile? Telling her beforehand she gets a little extra "if you can make me smile" is more effective, IMHO.
