Well, after a while to rest from mongering, I went the last Saturday to ZouSpa.

I had reserved a room for two people at Hotel Happy House at $30 a night but when I showed up alone, they only charged me $25 a night (plus $3.50 for breakfast). It was an interesting room, with 5 beds; wish I could have traded one of those beds for a night table. I would find $50 reasonable. What would you recommend at around $50? Thanks for the info!

As far as a club near the airport there are a couple options. When leaving the airport go towards the capital. About a mile or two on the left is a small hotel with a car wash out front. I believe its called rancho something. They rent rooms by the hour or by the day. When I stayed there during a layover there was a flyer in the room advertising an incall escort service where the girls would come to the hotel. I did not try it however. Also there are two club about 15-20 minutes from the airport on the route east to the beaches of El Cuco and the San Miguel area. However I do not remember the name of the clubs or the road name. , Those are the only options close to the airport and not really good options. Your best bet is to drive the 40 minutes into the capital.

What do you mean by crazy expensive?. I always stay at a nice hotel that used to be called Las Palmas in Zona Rosa but now may have a different name. It was around $100 USD per night. They are GF and also have an elevator in basement with ample parking to avoid the walk of shame. The rooms are really nice especially the rooms if you have a veranda overlooking this part of town. It's possible to take a girl out on the veranda and bang her on the lounge love seat. No one can see and the chicas dig it. They have a nice pool and restaurant on top floor.

There is an inexpensive hotel a few blocks always called Casa Florencia or something similar for around!$60 USD but never stayed there. It has mixed reviews on Trip Advisor. There is no P4 P near as I can determine in this area though plenty of restaurants for every budget. Very safe too.

Good Advice, too add to this Florencia is ok. I stayed there once and opted for the $50 a night room. It was an inside room with no windows which I don't like. There is a casa in zona rosa near the Plaza Futura. Also la oficina is close by. Again none of this is in walking distance but is a $5 cab ride. Zona Rosa is nice but pretty much any hotel that you look up on Expedia or Hotels.com in San that are listed in San Salvador are close by and all within a 10-15 minute cab ride to any casa, massage parlor, kiss fresh or club. All the hotels also are girl friendly except Intercontinental. They will charge you $50 extra person fee unless the girl registers with you when you check in. They are pricks about this. If you are dead set on walking around then yes Zona Rosa is where you will want to stay because it offers the best concentration of restaruants, Discos, bars and shops but, I really do not think it matters when staying and playing in El Salvador.
