It's a total myth that Colombians don't wear shorts. Its very common in Medellin when the weather is hot as it is now, and also common in Cali. I just come back from an adventure uphill to Loutron. My taxi driver does not know squat, he must ask for help until arriving to the hard to find Loutron address but I make a mistake by giving him the old one.
